The most important aspects of PM methodologies is the culture of the organization. Theory by itself cannot make a PM or project or organization successful… I will add examples of top 500 fortune companies to give reference on how we perform PM wise. There was also no mentioning of theory of constrains nor critical chain.

Well prepared, well written, well served. There are a lot of details. Mayby there is a lack of infographics but for the person who is working in projects there are not necessary. The content has high quality, and solved some my issues and missunderstadings.

This is a perfect match for me and I have already recommended it a peer of mine that I feel could benefit from. My only suggestion is to remove the reference of "He" and replace with "They". By having the presenter use "He" verbally and written perceives this as a role for a male. I am a female and most of the PM's in my company are females.

This is a great lecture! I would suggest taking it to anyone to remind and understand why there is a project manager on the project. Oftentimes, teams get offended and think the PM is spying and controlling them. Straight-to-the-point information. Thank you for the details on ScrumBan/Lean 6 Sigma/Prince2 (wonder where is Prince1 hehe).

A great course for newcomers to Project Management. The level of detail used for the main topics is just right for those not necessarily in project management, but is involved within various projects. I feel as though I will have a much better understanding and will be better placed to help improve future projects.

This was a wonderful course on project management. Jamal's presentation style and pace was perfect and easy to understand. I learned a lot and look forward to incorporating what I've learned into my existing project work. Great job and look forward to more of his courses.

Hello, this course is beneficial for individuals who want to learn how to plan, execute, and control projects effectively. It cover topics such as project scope, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and team communication. i am very happy for the knowledge i am gaining.

The speaker makes very valuable points in a very clear and concise way. I really appreciate all of the examples that the speaker gives (for example, the building of a house). This really helps me to understand the Fundamentals of Project Management, the order of the 5 Phases of Project Management, examples of Risk, etc. I am enjoying the course and shoring up my learnings on Project Management Fundamentals. The Speaker is a little bit hard to understand, but the captioning helps a lot.

This is a very good course. The slides helps a lot to understand the different concepts. They add a visual support to the training. I am very visual so it helped me a lot. In fact, this is two courses in one. The first part is about the lifecyle of a project and the second is about the different methodologies that exist in project management. Thanks for the good work.
