Sort of. Background music is awful and very annoying

Felt the course was too easy, though its an intermediate course. Was looking for some problem solving tools like Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Analysis however didn't find that. The Decision Making Strategies were good.

The content is good but the delivery needs improvement. He speaks a bit too fast and it is a bit hard to understand. The background music interferes with his speech too. The subtitle does not make sense at many places either. As he is reading, the delivery style is quite flat.

By Jeffrey Aschenbrenner on 12/3/2019

The course material was relevant to my professional development objective. The presentation of this material was difficult for me to find it interesting. A little hard to understand the facilitator. Also, text in the bottom left of the screen covered some of the text on the presentation slides.

Very easy to follow without getting overwhelmed or derailed with too much detail. Seems to anticipate questions before the end of the lecture too but having the ability to rewind makes the course seem effortless. I find the lecture titles are useful as a lookup when i need a quick fix to my understanding, i can quickly scroll down and take a couple of minutes to watch or listen to the particular section again.

By Pia Goss on 6/11/2017

Clear and concise concepts with thorough examples make this lesson an easy and useful tool for immediate use at work or at home. Good methods. The challenge is accurately determining/observing causes, particularly primary causes. I got a lot out of the part of this course where you dissect your problem by asking why, why, why until you get to the root cause. This was really helpful because instead of dealing with a surface level problem, I am able to see what is causing the problem.
