THIS - is REAL TALK - kind of thankful that I came to this conclusion on my own a few years back after a lifetime of doing things to help others - and telling myself I never asked for anything in return - which may be true - in that aspect -but after being diagnosed with Complex Trauma because those very people took advantage of me on levels I never could have fathomed? My processing and healing led me to - "WAS I ? WAS I Doing thing 'selflessly'" - because not wanting help people after my trauma made me question who I would be- what was the rest of my life going to look like ... And I said CRAP. We're all just animals - human freakin animals. Loving the course ♥
