I learnt quite a lot about understanding people first before communicating, which starts from listening more and asking positive questions

my mother owns this account but she is in stress , she wants me to learn but i am just not , now i will incourage myself and be the best dauther possible!

I felt that some words and comments that were used were inappropriate and gave me a negative feeling. This, in turn didn't help me to focus on the content.

I left the five star rating because this course was really helpful, within the course of this training I was able to improve my communication skills I could tell from the way I have been handling communication with my friends it’s different from how it use to be. I am very grateful to Paul for the opportunity to learn from him.

Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia capire davvero cosa vuol dire comunicare in maniera efficace.

The explanations are really clear and they sound useful. The tutor is obviously a good verbal communicator and enjoys talking. I am over half way through the course and so far there is no demonstration of any people actually putting the tips into practice - just powerpoint pictures which don;t really add anything. So it doesn't work fully as a communication course for me. But I appreciate tips. Thanks.
