It's been very interesting so far. A lot of Professor Paul's beliefs and opinions fall in line with what I think and believe, so far, it's been great in solidifying my own leadership skills.

All points are key for a transformational leadership, especially in the current knowledge-based economy. Difference between success and failure is emotional leadership.

It was a good match for me. Made me understand how to manage my team successfully and towards achieving organisational goals. It also taught me how to manage people's behavior and deal with them.

Very helpful. I'm only half way through and I've noted down at least three ways this can immediately help me in my work environment. The examples are perfectly relevant to real-life situations.

Overall a very good course. Yet there a some elements that could be improved: In my opinion you are praising and encouraging the audience a bit too much (you are doing great at the end of every subsection). Also I would have enjoyed the course far more if it was presented to me more personally, seeing your face and not only your slides or maybe both simultaneously. Furthermore I think you have repeated some elements of the course a lot, and on the topics that go a bit deeper you have sometimes only touched the surface (psychology, persuasion techniques). I understand that you want to advertise your other courses on these topics, but I think you should dig deeper into them in this course. Nevertheless this was the first udemy course I watched from start to finish without cherry picking.

The content is good, it invites you to take a deeper look in more areas which will improve your skills and why they are important to perform as a leader. The tips are concise, clear and ground-based, related with a good pace and pleasant tone which denotes energy. It doesn't go too deep in the subjects, giving you the tools and information to explore further resources and learn more on your own.

well done, and I know the course is emphasizes remembering but it would be a benefit to have some kind of summary to reinforce. learning really comes from practicing this and having the notes would be a good quick brief to reinforce what we have learned. Example, new manager, has their first 1 on 1 he's taken the course but feels overwhelmed it would be nice to have notes that are based word for word on key points of this course to reaffirm their actions
