I am learning a lot about what are the triggers that can lead to suicide and how to assess different factors and help the client become aware of their thoughts, etc. I am still learning the course.

This course is clear, practical, and well-structured. Dr. Karen Wells explains complex topics in a simple way, making it easy to understand and apply. The modules cover thought patterns, depression, grief, and counselling methods effectively. I highly recommended it.

This course was very enlightening and informative. The manual does an excellent job of explaining each module further. A well thought out course that made the information relatable and easy to understand. I plan to implement what I learnt in the future.

Probably too briefly explained, but the PDF material added to the videos makes it more complete.

Informative, with practical examples. Following along in the guidebook is helpful. Great resource that can be revisited to aid in retaining important information covered. Videos are short and digestable. This method of presentation is effective as suicide is a subject that caregivers are constantly sharpening their skills to combat and provide care for those affected.

I completed the full course a week ago, I submitted the assessment and my Essay but so for I did not get my Certificate. there is no way to contact them I keep sending emails but no one is there to help me.

This will only let me insight grow more in how to help someone better!.
