I truly learned a lot from this course. The instructor takes the time to explain Python basics and OOP concepts clearly, which is extremely important for beginners. The content is relevant and helpful for anyone starting in software testing with Python.

Great focus on Python fundamentals, especially the section on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) (very good, 5*). I would have appreciated more in-depth examples of testing in real-world scenarios using Python. Still, it was a solid introduction, with plenty of useful tips for setting up unit testing environments.

The course is a good introduction to Python basics and outlies the very basics of using pytest. However, the course is 90% Python basics and very little testing. I get that you need the basics of Python before you start testing in it, but some extra homework or real life scenarios in which you use pytest to actually practice those skills would be nice. The vehicle and zoo mangement systems created earlier in the course were maybe some areas where we could have written some more complex tests rather than just adding two numbers together.. The course is only 8 hours long so I guess you get what you sign up for and with that being said, for 8 hours it's quite good.

This was an amazing course for people who are just getting into Python. There are some concepts that are brought up, but explained later when it's more appropriate (such as the decorators). Very good!

It was very helpful to review the basics of Python, and then move on to some concepts on testing. Dimitry is really good at organizing the lessons and exercises. I appreciated during some exercises or test environment setup, that when some errors appeared he solved them together with the student during the lesson, instead of re-editing the video. I will definitely buy another course from him. Probably the one on Selenium.

Very good course, thank you! A minor improvement would be to make it even more beginner-friendly, for people who transition from manual testing to automation and have never coded before, like with a test case example build from scratch to completion.

This is the 2nd Dmitry's course that I have followed (immediately after the Selenium one) and I have to confirm my positive review. This course was really clear and helpful. Dmitry is very professional and his lessons are easy to follow. He makes learning fun, doesn't get lost in unnecessary explanations and gets straight to the point (and that makes a lot of difference). I especially appreciated the homework part, because I can test myself and get immediate feedback on the work done in the explanatory video. To conclude, I absolutely recommend this course!

Another great course by Dmitry, I took the advanced one first but this one was pretty good and clarified some minor doubts I had with python, I love how clear he explain all the topics on the lectures. 100% would recommend for any one who is starting a testing carrier. Would love to see an Appium course with Python form you! Thank you for the great content!

For me, it was a quick and highly practical course to refresh my knowledge of Python, as I haven't written anything in it for a long time. However, it would also be suitable for complete beginners. But beginners should understand that the Python language libraries and its applications are much broader than what is covered in the course. This is not a drawback of the course but rather a justified specialization. That's why the course is named and specified for testers.
