Until 2025 I was City Manager of Ploiești, Romania (a city budget of about EUR 200 million), and earlier I was Deputy Director General of Romania's prison service. This is a great course! I have a project management certification from the Project Management Institute, but this course is more in-depth. I loved all the real-world examples and exercises, and the instructor is very knowledgeable about the topic. The course is not self-paced and I had to work a bit harder, but the end result was worth it.

Right off the bat the course seems boring. The instructor is clearly just reading text that I could read myself. Also, showing the agenda on the screen and go through it would be more useful than how exhaustive the instructor went into it.
