Reactive Programming in iOS Using Combine Framework (Udemy.com)

I felt the course could have included a few more advanced real-world examples towards the end, especially using Combine across multiple view controllers and handling communication between publishers.

Very good course if you like to get started with Combine, as I wanted. It explained the basic concepts around Combine and I got to understand them now. As many people also said here, this course is not too 'advanced' but I think that is ok. I only wanted to know the basics around Combine and then further research myself. Giving this a 4.5/5 because the links at the end are either directing me to a 404 page (wrong links, need update) or for example you provided links for 'Combine Swift' but the link itself directed me just to 'Medium' main page without actually showing the 'Combine Swift' articles. (my point: you mentioned a topic can be found on Medium, HackingWithSwift etc but the link that should direct us to that topic on that specific website just redirects us to the main page of that website and NOT the actual thing/article/video we're looking for)

The testing section is a bit disappointing and only covers two test very simple cases. The section about testing HTTP client doesn't have unit testing, just one integration tests. The rest of the course is pretty good.

Great fundamental of Combine explanation. It would help me dive deep into a real project. However, I was expecting this course to have a more complex sample project rather than a simple UIKit/SwiftUI Combine project.

The instructor is very clear and straightforward. He explains giving examples so it's very easy to follow along, it's very practical so far.

The "Reactive Programming in iOS Using Combine Framework" course is a solid resource for anyone looking to learn Combine, offering comprehensive coverage with very basic types and few practical examples. I understand you can practice more but this course is only about Combine so it can have more content for having deep learning. This course really helped me to speed up my combine learning. However, by addressing the depth of explanation, incorporating more real time examples with how and why type of explanation adds value for advanced or experienced developers. I would strongly recommend this course to beginners and intermediate learners, in fact to everyone, with the hope that future updates will address the deep learning aspects and more real time examples.

For a person who needs to go through fundamentals first WITH examples(real coding) to get confident and then go on using that knowledge, this course is really unto my expectation. I won't say, I became super experienced just by watching and following the examples, but surely, I have a good grip. Now when I will have a question, I know how to phrase that because I understood what Combine can offer and the terminologies that are used.

I am not just an iOS developer but it is the platform I am the most passionate about I work across iOS, Android, cross platform with React Native and web along with back end api's and cloud infrastructure. This is able to get me up to speed FAST with the concepts needed to get up to speed with Combine. I feel confident that I can now work within Combine and MVVM quite a bit better now in the iOS ecosystem. (MVVM is not new to me but I love it as an architecture to make things testable at the client side.)

Succinct and to the point. Some things could've been explained a bit more thorough and I question the use of some of the data structures when explaining the concepts behind the operators.
