Return on Investment (ROI) Analysis for Manufacturing teaches the tools, models and concepts manufacturing professionals need to determine if a significant investment like a new piece of equipment will be financially beneficial to their organization.

This course teaches the basics of ROI analysis such as estimating revenues, on-going expenses, and the initial investment. It also explores more advanced aspects of capital investment justification such as adjusting for risk, changes to net working capital, and estimating overhead.

First, i enjoyed a lot going trough this course. This is the third course I take from Ray. It's very engaging, and he really has the skill of explain the things in a way so practical and understandable. My background is electronics engineering, and I did take a basic course of project assessment/evaluation many years ago (as a young almost-engineer), so I did not take, honestly, the full takeaways. Now after 20+ years working, I took this class and firstly refresh forgotten concepts, and most important I got new ones. I really endorse it, for the ones who want to go to the next level as a professional justifying and analyzing (and saying no ... maybe) to projects. Bottom line, great course!

Great material, but I would have liked to have seen a case study/example where we have to build out an entire spreadsheet from scratch in regards to ROI. This could've enhanced my learning by a lot.

Brilliant Course! Dr. Ray has something unique which is the common sense and hand on experience while he explains his courses. I would love to see more REAL cases with sensitivity analysis in separate course that related to the financial modeling.

I am new to finance and Investment Analysis. This course helped to get a better understanding on how to assess the profitability of a project. I wished there were a copule of exercises or "check your understanding questions" after some videos. Thanks.
