Revit Architecture - An Ultimate Guide (Udemy.com)

This course really went in-depth on the technicalities of creating with Revit, and helped me learn a lot of the features that I probably wouldn't know about if I had tried to tinker with the program on my own. Thank you to Mark for imparting his knowledge and expertise. Edit: I took other courses for Revit but I always come back to this one because it taught other additional features. This course really left no stone unturned.

It was a great learning expericnce , in depth knowledge of most features that are present in revit architecture are properly explained and demonstrated , good course to know about various features required to model in revit architecture. I recently completed this Revit Architecture course on Udemy, and it exceeded my expectations! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and explained complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. They covered almost all of the settings in great depth, making it easy to understand how to use each feature effectively. The course was well-structured. I feel much more confident in my Revit skills now, and I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to learn or improve their Revit Architecture proficiency. Great job!

1.) It would be helpful if, at the beginning of each lecture, the instructor could provide a clear preview of what students can expect to learn. As a beginner, there are times when I encounter features I'm unfamiliar with, which occasionally leads me to watch the videos more than once to fully understand the content. 2.) The lecturer's speaking pace is rather slow, and their voice sometimes has a consistent, slightly robotic quality. It appears as though the lecturer is intentionally moderating their tone, which can make the lectures seem less engaging and somewhat dull. I recommend watching in 1.25x or 1.50x speed. 3.) There's room for improvement in providing more detailed explanations. Some important details are missed, and certain parameters lack clear instructions, with the lecturer simply stating that they've already completed certain tasks. I believe the lectures hold valuable knowledge. However, the issues with tone and the occasional omission of crucial information can make it challenging to fully engage with the content. During some lectures, I often find myself wondering, "What is the purpose of this?" or struggling to stay fully engaged due to the consistent tone.

The course is well structured, clear and concise. I learned so many new things from Mark. He also shows some common problems which we might encounter and explains how to solve them. All lessons have short duration, for that I am really thankful. I am really glad that I bought this course. After this, I will start his other course about Revit families. Thank you so much Mark! :)

At first I wasn't impressed because the pacing of the course is very slow and it was a bit frustrating that the lecturer sped up the parts of the video where he actually modeled the building which made it difficult to follow along. HOVEWER, after spending some time working in Revit I feel like the slow pacing of the course is necessary as Mark attempts to explain all of the various functions and possibilities Revit contains. If you want to know how to do something in Revit, watch a video on YouTube. If you want to know how to do something in Revit in a way that will work well and actually understand why some solutions might be better than others, this course should provide you with most of the answers.

Course is amazing. Everything is explained in detail and very clearly. Just one thing I want to mention is that many of the families/listings which are used in this course are missing in my software. If those are provided, we will have output similar to that used in the course. A very great course for someone who wants to have solid grip on Revit as a beginner.

Extremely thorough and comprehensive overview of Revit in its entirety from someone who clearly has spent many hours using the program in a professional environment. Instructions are clear, well spoken and detailed. Looking forward to doing Mark's other courses on Udemy. Well done and thank you!

The instructor is really good at explaining the main characteristics of the software. I'm really liking this course, it's really methodical and touches each setting of all the main tools of the program. I'm really happy taking this course and I'm only halfway in it, also I really encourage to take the Families Course from this same instructor. He's really good. A truly Ultimate Guide. I am a Revit user and already attended couple of Revit Courses. I was looking for an advance Revit Course which is compact and at the same time comprehensive, in order to refer to, from time to time. This Course alongside the Revit Family Course are exactly what I wanted. Mark knows what he's doing. He is well aware of content, super calm, and cohesive in delivering the content, and super confident in teaching.
