Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist and Practice Test (Udemy.com)

The step by step follow-along process of setting up the Agentforce Agents didn't match the default settings in my org, requiring me to investigate and make changes to settings via 'Salesforce Go' and 'Einstein Audit, Analytics, and Monitoring Setup' before proceeding. I'm worried that my new settings are going to become a roadblock further into the course.

Very well explained. It seems I have a newer version of Salesforce, but I've been able to follow the lectures. I like that it has very good resources and complete explanation of the needed details.

The course content feels too scattered and lacks a clear logical flow. It doesn’t offer real lessons where the exam topics are explained or reworked in a meaningful way. The final test includes questions on topics that were never covered during the course. I’ve taken other courses for the same certification that were far better structured and much more complete, both theoretically and practically.

It was - I enjoy the hands on work whilst the concepts are explained. I can find some elements within my own environment a little "buggy" but this is more a reflection on the vendor rather than the content or skills of the lecturer. :)

Course is good combination of practice and skills as well, as theory. Some parts are bit outdated, but on other hands salesforce is changing a lot, especially naming, so not easy to stay up-to-date.

I really enjoyed the course and the hands on. It makes me want to do the Salesforce Superbadges now. The class helped me come close but not pass the exam. I was hitting 90% on the practice tests and quizzes but still felt lost on the official exam. The Prompt Workbook is a great tool and I am going to work with that more.

I have purchased many courses from this instructor that are well worth the money. This course is not as thought out as previous courses. I feel like some of the information is not as detailed as what is needed to pass the exam. The practice exam has repetitive questions. I used other resources to supplement what I thought I was going to learn in this course.

I would love if there was a video showing how to get back to the dev org if you need to go back to it. I didn't do this all in one sitting, and now am having trouble getting into the Coral Dev Org / playground.

Great job again Mike. You distill the Salesforce AI Specialist content into a brief, but detailed series of videos. It works well as a refresher, summary, or even intro to the topic. I highly recommend this course. I also enjoyed how you incorporated using AI to facilitate learning about AI. That was an excellent addition. I look forward to future courses.
