Hi And thank you for this course. It was helpful, but it was missing latest updates, all automations go through flow and no more territory assignments. It was not up to date, but overall it was good.

I truly love these courses from MWM! There are so many times when Mike shares some keen insight into features/settings - the kind of tips that come from years of experience - and I'm really grateful to have such a thorough mentor! Also, if you enjoy a random dad joke here and there, these are great, LOL. BUT these courses aren't perfect. For the sake of time, every once in a while Mike will breeze through a section without really teaching much, and link to articles you need to go read later for more understanding. I always find that odd when it happens because in other sections he goes into such meticulous detail, which I truly appreciate. Personally, I love that he shares a lot of resources as well, but my main issue here is that I have trouble learning/retaining via reading which is why I prefer these courses with audio & video. If I could change just one thing about these courses, I would just prefer those brief overview sections be replaced with more in-depth coverage by the instructor. Also - and this is something that doesn't bother me much anymore - every once in a while, a lesson will feel very sloppy & not thought out in advance, like when Mike runs into an issue where something didn't work as expected so he changes course, or makes a definitive statement and then corrects himself. For a pre-recorded course, I generally expect more forethought and for mistakes to be edited out -- that said, throughout my journey, and after purchasing/watching about 7 MWM courses, I've actually grown to appreciate these moments. It is really super comforting, because I feel like that's literally what I do all day long as a SF admin. The amount of things to memorize in SF is never ending and always changing, so it's refreshing to see that a very knowledgeable trainer with years and years of platform experience, still has to fumble his way around certain parts of SF from time to time, but he gets it done. We're not expected to be perfect, and that takes some pressure off! All in all, I rate these courses very high and recommend to anyone who likes to learn every little thing about Salesforce to improve their skills. Mike is the best!

A very enjoyable course with lots of good information to expand salesforce knowledge and fil any gaps. Good reference to the available resources

The Analytics and Reports section has examples that are not well thought through compared to the rest of this course series. For example the Joined Report example is meaningless. Why bother showing how to export this and then showing us this in Excel? This has nothing to do with passing the Advanced Admin test. The Bucketing example is also not very thoughtful. He appears to be using whatever was in his mind in that section.

Exactly the kind of course I was looking for. Not just a step by step of the exam guide, but a real hands on learning experience. Definitely recommend.

The section on creating content packs should be removed because they have been retired. I see that the exam guide references content. It's only 3%. I wonder what will be on the practice test.

Mike does a great job with his courses. I’ve used them now for three certifications. He’s even responsive when students reach out. Great course!

The content that Mike Wheeler provides in his video lessons gives such important details to the topics. The additional resources and advice he gives really help me to learn in an organized format.

Excellent, thorough course that follows the Salesforce Certified Advance Admin guide. In-depth, high levels overviews of concepts. I recommend following along with your own developer org to practice all the concepts.

Disappointed with the amount of time spent using workflow rules. Just start with process builder where you gain a lot of functionality and can control the order of actions. If they'd have provided the ability to control the action order, the need for PB would have been avoided.
