Salesforce Lightning Web Component Development (Udemy.com)

This would be a 5 star if it was better maintained. The getting started was just painful and the right instructions are in the Q&A but why not add them to the class material? I am after a crash course. I appreciate that there is no "let me give you a mini javascript training" in the course as if I wanted that I would get that course. It focuses on how you can get started on Salesforce Lightning Web Component development. Shows the different ways to do things and when. But leaves the details to further exploration of the student. Shame about the bad getting started.

The project should develop and demo on modular wise. Currenlty its liek we are creating all the component and then checking the result. For learning candidate connecting the dots is not easy in this case. This should be like chekcing every componnt on UI post development. So that we can visually imagine the project build step by step.

So far it is good! but as a beginner to LWC I personally felt that there should be a much detailed explanation about some things such as, what does @wire exactly do and in what situations do we need to use it, What is DOM, what does connectedCallback do, what does disconnectedCallback do and why do we need them, etc.

Explanation of the Topics is good. But When it came to EBike Explorer project, Seriously that is not is the way to explain the project. In that project she had written the entire code first and later she deployed the code and showed the result in the App page. Could Have ended up a good course if explanation of the project is good. I enjoyed start of this course, but completely disappointed towards the end. I have came across another course 'Zero to Hero In Lightning Web Components' here in udemy. Guys go for that course, if you are really want to learn LWC, that is best course available.

This is the best Lightning class video that I have ever experienced. The author not only explain how to write code but also show how to setup development environment. Setting up dev environment is extremely important to beginners.

I have been a student of Deepika from a couple of years ( through udemy). I am extremely impressed with all her courses. Any course from her , I am glad to buy . I have recommended her courses to my friends too. Way to go !!! Deepika.

The overall content is good. Level of information is satisfactory for beginners. However, the examples and projects done during the course are not very clear especially if you don't have a background in web development. You need to watch over and over again to understand what the purpose of each assignment is. It seems the instructor is in rush to finish each without detailed explanation. The final big project is a good one, but you need to spend much more time to understand what the instructor is doing. She seems having the code ready in front of her and just typing it again!

Very nicely taught. Each topic is built based on the incremental discussion from previous the topic and everything falls in place with the project at the end. Enjoyed learning the course. The concepts are well taught.

Deepika is one of the very fantastic instructor in Salesforce Development. Very detailed explanation of each tutorial and she makes it very simple to understand. Covered many topics and concepts which would help one to start development like an expert. Kudos to her for constantly doing this.
