The practice tests were good to help me get my mind ready for the exam. COVID-19 has really messed up a lot for so many people. Lately, I have had a hard time concentrating for long periods of time. These practice tests are giving me confidence.

By Tony Williams on 4/17/2020

It was a good match since I am a former SF dot com Developer and currently working in SF helping solve solutions for clients. I just have only one complaint and that is the content in SF changes so much that by the time students get the material it may already be out of date. I thank Mike for the practice tests which may help us keep up to date with the ever-changing material.

By Nick Bryner on 9/6/2019

These practice tests are okay for helping you gauge your actual test readiness. They'll give you a couple things to maybe work on or review. Though honestly these tests are a rough indicator at best. I scored well over 80% on both tries and failed the actual test. The actual test is much harder. Using these as a study aide is fine enough, but don't use them to try and decide if you're ready to take the actual test.

By Giuliano Zoccoli on 8/14/2019

Good knowledge check for the course and the questions are straight forward to see if you know the fundamentals of the topics. Some do test your attention to the little details within the questions as well, which is great practice for the exam. I would have given it 5 stars, however there were a couple questions with typos & grammatical errors, and one where it was asking to pick two, but the right answer was 1 of them which was later confirmed once the test was submitted.

I purchased these practice exams after completing the App Builder course, & I highly recommend these resources for your exam preparation. Not only will you prepare yourself for the exam, but Mike goes through nearly every detail which will equip you to understand the exam scenarios/questions & increase your chances of passing the exam.

By John Weymouth on 1/8/2019

These tests are definitely helpful but far easier than the actual tests you'll see in the exam. So if you get 80 percent on these tests, you'll probably pass the real tests. Also I think one of the questions was repeated in one of the tests. Not a big deal though and definitely worth it in helping you know if you're prepared for the exam. (There are links and helpful hints, but I'd love additional detail on why answers are right or wrong for future sample exams).

I bought these practice tests in conjunction with Mike's Certified App Builder course. I thought the course was a good supplement to learning Salesforce App Development. Unlike the Salesforce Admin test, Salesforce does not offer a practice exam for the App Developer exam, so naturally I was excited to see these 2 practice tests. I think the question that everyone has about these practice tests is whether they are representative of the difficulty of the exam questions you will see on the App Builder exam. The answer is no. However, I do not fault Mike for not being able to create practice tests that are indicative of the rigors of the actual certification exams, as the individuals who make those questions are obviously maniacal force.com platform geniuses. I used the practice exams for another purpose, however, to expose the areas that I was deficient in PRIOR to completing Mike's App Developer course, and to gauge my existing knowledge. I think you need to be able to answer and explain every question on these tests to have a good shot at the App Developer Cert, and even then, that might not be enough. Of course, any tool that challenges your knowledge before a SF cert is of value, so for that I give this 2.5 stars.

By Filip Saelen on 2/20/2018

I used this course to supplement my practise work in trailhead and on projects to adequately prepare me to take the exam. It provides a structured way to review all the sections from the Exam guide and to recap on all important areas of knowledge that are required to pass the exam

By Shannon Dykes on 2/17/2018

I gave in and paid for this course.. I didn't want to, but I really needed something that would be really accurate to know if I could pass the certification. So far, this is probably the best practice test I've found. I'll update when I take the actual test on March 2nd, 2018!

By Miriam Gutierrez Alarcon on 2/15/2018

The tests are a good way to test our knowledge but I think the questions are exposed in a simpler way. I first did the tests and then I looked for questions of the exam in google and I was not able to answer most of them. I recommend all the poeple to look for some exam questions after doing these tests in order to be used to the way the questions are exposed in the exam.
