This is a useful course. I appreciate the content because it gives you enough knowledge to be proficient in shell scripting. If you have never programmed before, you will start from scratch and the course content might be hard to follow. However, if you already have experience as a programmer (especially in low-level languages), the course will be easy to understand. The author has another course on the same topic, but I preferred to take this one because the last section has the complete information as slides.

The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. The slides were concise, easy to read, and articulately narrated. Quizzes reinforced main concepts, but some sections lacked quizzes. The practice exercises were good, but some were a little difficult for someone truly new to scripting like myself. Overall. a great course that I would recommend for online/self-paced learning and adult learners.

The course is good and simple, understandable.
But to understand and learn properly from this course, you atleast should have minimum knowledge of shell scripting commands.
