Very good framework to work from and he covers the relevant areas. The content is thought-provoking and practical. The course is also not too long and gets you excited to go and practice the skills. I enjoy Jamal's approach and slides he uses. He also has many courses / topics and I'm looking forward to the next one I'm planning to do.

This course is well-structured, clear, and concise, with plenty of practical examples that reinforce the concepts effectively. I appreciate the instructor's engaging approach—his deep expertise in the subject is evident throughout, making the learning experience both insightful and enjoyable.

Really well explained and loads of well thought through examples. I would have liked more information on the archetypes of people in workshops, and I think it could have benefitted from some recognition of participants who have different learning styles or are neurodiverse (particularly in the section about introverts) but it was probably one of the best step by steps I've seen.

As I had previous experience in facilitating, most of this was a very useful review with some new concepts, methods and descriptions sprinkled in. I really liked it, the topics are very well covered, but I wish the segment on the different people that can be encountered and how to deal with them could be a bit longer or more detailed.

This training was far more useful than I anticipated. It was an excellent mix of theory and practical tools. I found myself taking copious notes and needing to stop the recording to use the information to begin planning upcoming meetings as inspiration struck about how I could apply what I was learning. My only complaint is that I would have liked some sort of outline of the material so I could have listened more and taken fewer notes.

I enjoyed the course for these reasons: 1) Good pace and delivery from the instructor, 2) not too long of a course; gives the right amount of information, 3) Good examples for the techniques. This is my first course in this domain, and so have nothing else to compare it to, but I think it met my expectations. In terms of constructive feedback, maybe he could provide some Word or Excel templates for some of the Decision Making scoring techniques, but nonetheless great course.

I enjoyed the course and while I didn't think anything was groundbreaking or surprising, these were useful reminders of things to keep in mind when facilitating (particularly enjoyed the participant profiles, for example). I do wish the training included more references to or strategies for facilitating virtual groups.

I felt the majority of the content for this was geared towards facilitating a specific type of ideation workshop. The content was helpful for that context but the course name seems a little misleading in that the more generic facilitation tips make up a very small amount of content.

I watched manay facilitation course , most of them just theroical and just some general talks, but this course is really practical .... you can implement what you learned from this course to real life. The only wish from my side , if the instructer can provide us with more Exercises for Diveregence and Convergence.

Great content and very good delivery. The course was very helpful especially in my case where I find that the majority of meetings are a waste of time. I started sharing the techniques with people in my company, let's see how it goes. I recommend this course to anyone looking to improve the efficiency of their meeting or workshops.
