The Complete JavaScript Course For Web Development Beginners (Udemy.com)

Solid course teaching the fundamental foundation of Javascript Programming. I would have liked to have seen more practical uses. There are a couple of good exercises with the progress loading bar and color changing tutorial sections. The course instructors accent is fairly strong, and it is warned at the beginning. This did not take away from the knowledge the instructor was sharing.

I really enjoyed the course eventhough it took time for me to complete the course. The tutor was really knowledgable and I look forward to attend more courses from udemy. One thing was when the tutor says the background color has some values like Hexadecimal/HSA .. he could tell what color it is ..mainly when typed CCA...otherwise the course was good.

This course is completely basic and still a lot more to be covered but as far of now sir had touched all parts of topics even tough not went into deep for further future videos give lectures with basics and into more subject definitely you will have a good number of students thank you sir....

Very good explanation of everything but it was so basic like i am supposed to know the inbuilt functions and get done with it, how much can i experiment with it, is not known to me.....very unlike language to cpp where you know the syntax so you can bulild anything but here i have to just memorise and my task is done.

After avoiding JavaScript like the plaque for the longest time, I finally had my lightbulb moment during this course. It is hands down the simplest JS tutorial I've come across and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to cement down the basics. The stand-alone lessons all start from an empty solution and are easy to code along to. I liked the short duration of the videos and the way the content is split up into bite-size sections. In terms of feedback for the instructor I have 3 comments: Firstly I noticed inconsistencies in the syntax, especially the use of spaces, capitalization, and semicolons. The code runs fine, but for a beginner level student, it can be beneficial to get used to a standard way of doing things. Secondly, my interest calculator in lesson 41 required event.preventDefault() to work. This isn't covered in the lesson and can cause much frustration. And lastly, lesson 31 on the pop method could have been demonstrated better - I felt that this was briefed over without a good practical example. Please accept my feedback as constructive as this is seriously an awesome course. I learned loads and look forward to getting my hands dirty with practical JS.

This course mainly teaches the basic concepts of Javascript. The examples explained are also very basic. If you are looking for advanced javascript concepts and advanced coding examples then this course is not suitable.

I wish there could be some assessment given to the students so that they could learn and get new thoughts by getting doubts. Enjoyed the course for this price, wish the activity section like getting some work to students for practicing helps students to learn and know the understanding levels of the course.

A great course for those who want to beginning with JS. It's simple, rather easy to understand and include the basics of JavaScript. That would have been perfect if there were more exercises, but for a beginner like me, it's cool. Un super cours pour ceux qui veulent débuter avec JS. C'est simple, plutôt facile à comprendre et ça comporte les bases de JavaScript. Cela aurait été parfait s'il y avait plus d'exercices, mais pour un débutant comme moi, c'est cool.

ok ... im half way thru and .... while i love how well he explains stuff ...kudos man u r a goood teacher u explain things as well as a dictionary explains words... i think it lacks exercises so far i been watching with notepad++ open in a corner and i like to try variations of the stuff u show and try to think of other ways to use it so... this is good for my learning style hope u offer more courses on other stuff im interested in

I am enjoying the course, and have learned a lot about, not only Javascript, but also object-oriented programming. The only complaint I have, is the lack of consistency when it came to the examples section - the instructor coded a little differently then he had done in the previous lessons.
