You will also learn about the ethical challenges of AI, such as human bias in machine learning, transparency challenges and more. Additionally, you'll learn in depth about the fuel of AI - data. You will come to understand the importance of data quality for AI and the elements and components of data quality.

The course is super comprehensive and really easy to follow. The explanations are clear, and the practical examples make even the tricky parts feel manageable. It’s laid out in a way that helps you build your understanding step by step, and the content keeps you interested the whole way through. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking to get a solid grasp of Salesforce Certified AI Associate!

Not covering major topics or missing enough coverage of topics: like predictive vs generative AI, the in-depth trust layer, Bias

This was an informative course but there were a lot of sections that had links to external things. I'd have loved for all of the information to have been presented instead of me having to click off to external sites. It was a great course though, I felt like I learned a lot. I'd recommend this course.

I am loving it, sometimes trailheads are not intuitive and Mike guiding you is awesome. Also he is very clear and tells things in a way that it sticks to your head.
