The Complete Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Course (Udemy.com)

I believe for a Business Analyst Course that there could have been more demos and I would have much preferred, if there was some more examples of business use cases that you would face at work potentially. I would have liked for this course to be a little longer with some more descriptive explanations of definitions and how they would be used in business use cases. It was informative but, I don't feel ready to take my exam after watching this course. I feel that I have to more of my own research to feel confident in taking the exam.

Lots of good information and structure. However, I was expecting a more concise and direct methodology. Some of the "off the trail" info was very useful, but some was just fluff. Also- sooo much time wasted with mini-clips for material that could have easily have been combined- where there were multiple 2 and 3 minutes segments following each other, the overall pace was slowed versus just merging them.

Definitely helpful. I passed my exam on the first try. I think Mike's course is imperative. But, it lacks any sort of checks to see if the student is actually absorbing the information. Especially in the context of how SFDC asks exam questions. My recommendation, in addition to this course, (obviously) complete all the BA trailheads. I also recommend Focus On Force and taking the free Hubspot BA cert course.

Failed the Business Analyst exam by 1-3 marks a few times before taking this course. Initially I was just relying on Focus on Force questions. I carefully went through this course as well as 100% of the Business Analyst Cert Trailmix + the extra modules Mike suggest which were not included in the BA trailmix. I have now been able to overcome the deficit and finally pass this exam. Very greatful for this course for the structure and the extra information materials Mike had prepared.

Whilst it was a good match for me I didn't think it went as deep as the Certified Admin course. Having already completed the Prepare for Your Salesforce Business Analyst Credential Trailhead I didn't think that this course added a great deal and was missing the practice exam questions that were really useful in the Certified Admin course.

Thank you, Mike, for doing the heavy lifting in aligning the learning objectives of each section and then organizing the course accordingly. There are a lot of hidden "extras" in this course -- appreciate all you do in driving Salesforce knowledge to the masses.

The instructor goes into a deep level of detail when needed. He made sure to include areas that he did encounter when on the exam that were not in the Trailmix as well as stating what he did not see on the exam but is needed when actually working as a BA. He taught how to succeed as a BA, not just teach to the test.

Pretty good course. He goes above and beyond providing tips and additional resources (external links and trailheads that aren't included in Salesforce's original trailmix). Some of the additional resources he provides I wouldn't have known about and him pointing them out are worth the cost of the course alone.

Thank you Mike for creating this course, this is probably the first course since Salesforce introduced the BA certification. I do want to appreciate that you are already working on improvements. I am sure your course will be better a few months later, especially Salesforce itself improves the questions and the trailhead modules. Cheers.
