I generally like the course but it's a little bit too slow, I don't want to fast forward or skip some parts because I don't want to miss anything, but the same thing is being said over and over again even in the same video and it takes unnecessary time. -- Thank you for your reply, but I have never coded before this course and I still feel it's a little bit too slow. But I understand your reasoning and thank you for this course.

Great coverage of the basics, but was a little confused because the course started with some real coding exercises, jumping right into it, then it digressed into a discussion of the basics. I don't think it's a bad or good thing, just threw me for a loop at the sudden change of pace (and the instructor changed as well)

Great concepts and information, sloppy presentation. Misspelling discuss in comments and accidently assigning a integer value for boolean. If students see it wrong the first time, they will learn it wrong. Especially since it was described in the intro videos that they had a staff of developers to take care of developing a professional presentation.

One of the best courses in my view. It starts with basics, and every new lesson comes new elements of ios. Every time I look the introduction, how the app looks like by the end, and first try to code it by my self. After compare the code. All the new things in the code are explained step by step. Thank to the team of Mammoth Interactive for the great tutorial.

This course covers every kind of coding (variables, looping, if statement, using xcode, etc), gesture, and specially the most important thing: user experience, how to recognize tap, double tap, swiping, animating buttons, labels, images, and much more. At first is very slow but this is just because I have programming background. Strongly recommended for newbies in programming.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This course is exactly what i have been looking for! The instructors explain the swift elements individually in detail! so they explain; variables, If statements, Arrays and so on.. individually in proper detail. other courses i have taken show you how to build apps but they don't really explain the code being used. This course is by far the best if you want to learn how to code swift. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The instructor is an amateur programmer, this became obvious as he moved into more complex lessons. It seems he knew through practice some advanced iOS 10 programming techniques but he did not give enough details because he himself did know the theory and the fundamentals behind then this is apparant in the Core Data section Video section and social media application section. The examples he gave in general are not only useless in the real world they are funny

This is a very good course. It is very good for people with basic or no coding experience. I especially like the Deep Dives. These are 10 to 20 minute modules that let a student learn specific coding concepts in nice bite-sized chunks that you are not overwhelmed. The modules are very practical teaching you what you need to know. The course seems to make coding easy.

This course is incredible! If you're thinking of taking an iOS course to build apps and you have ZERO coding experience, this course is for you! I am super impressed with this course and the quick responsive to my questions. This course has not only taught me how to put to apps together, but having worked my way less than half way through this course, I've been able to troubleshoot my own errors; but when I'm stuck, John provides quick help.

I loved the previous iOS 9 course, so I was excited to see this iOS 10 one come out - it's so big! It really includes everything I could possibly want to know. I like that I can skip around to different tutorials, and learn about actions I'm particularly interested in, as I probably won't watch the Entire thing. This is the first course I've taken by John Bura which also included different instructors too. I think I prefer the multiple instructors. It kept things interesting, and they all explained things really clearly. Excited to get started on some projects! :)
