The content is good, but the videos are quite distarcting and often repeating. 10,000hrs of practice is debatable. Based on the book "May contain lies" by Alex Edmans, there is growing proof that 10,000hrs is just a hunch. May be this content can be edited based on the latest and greatest information. Once again the content is good.

Very interesting course! It is a more theorical approach than others trainings and gives you some resources in order to start working on the organizational culture.

Good production value, holds your attention with interesting graphics and clips. Does a good job explaining the research in an accessible way, including real world examples. Interesting from a social science/psychology perspective as well.

This course provided a comprehensive overview of crucial aspects of organizational culture development. I particularly liked the in-depth discussions on DEI (Diversity Equity & Inclusion), Ethics & Integrity and Long Term vs Short Term goals. The many practical examples and case studies were very helpful and made the learning very engaging.

I learned the different aspects of organisational culture and what it entails. It became apparent that every organisation is different and needs different values and components to foster the appropriate culture.

I enjoyed the learning, enabled at a pace to suit me. There was an effective use of research to illuminate key points. The Link to the HBR article about KPMG and "Higher Purpose" was a great real life example. The course would benefit from similar case studies across the themes covered. I did feel that more emphasis could be placed on organisational Values and their influence/importance to staff and external stakeholders.

Good program to detail culture narratives for the organization. The course content was practical. Provided a lot of researched data & background on concepts, which is outstanding. The course material and resources provided can improve. Concepts & research associated with that can be added across sections.

Good examples and easy to understand. I like that all the points she makes are based on research and evidence!

I really enjoyed the persistent direction towards intrinsic motivations and the importance of knowing and understanding your people to be a motivator for them and understand new ways to keep engagement and efficiency at a high rate.
