Everyone who truly wants to learn about their unconscious biases need to take the course. I was one of those people who use to say I don't see skin color or base anything on it. While that still can be considered true, there is so much more to it and behind the scenes. Wow, what an enlightening to recognize areas where I can improve in!

The video is a little cheesy, but the content is good.

Really enjoyed this course and it definitely made me start to rethink my own bias, even though as a tried interviewing there are areas are always look to work on. The pace, information and overall presentation and content are excellent.

Short and to the point. Effective

It was a good match but partially. I now know what is Unconscious bias, types of biases, how they affect us and what to do.
However there is not much information on how to recognize one's own biases like may be questionnaire or some pointed examples of how people recognized their own biases. There is very little info on how organizations can recognize their biases

This is a really great refresher on previous courses on unconscious bias
