I have been working with Access for nearly 15 years, but I have never used VB. Most of the time, I used wizards to setup queries or reports. Because I liked using the same form background that apparently Access does not provide any longer; I use a template for forms that are to be used for inputting data and another from type for command buttons only.

Very well taught and will get you started on your journey to creating access applications. Only issue I had was the course content download was not correct and could not open them to follow along with their exact exercises. Instructor did not answer message on how to get proper course material.

It was a great course. Good pacing for the majority of the course. This is likely just my personal opinion, but I felt it did get a bit confusing on the heavier topics and it went by too quickly without enough explanation but overall a solid course.

This review is based on course completion. This is good beginner or refresher course. The pace and organization are methodical so you don't get overwhelmed. I only gave it 4 stars because many of the questions are old and unanswered. Which leads me to believe the provider does not monitor or update this course.

This course was extremely useful to me. Thankfully I'm a fast-paced learner, but even still I had to pause many times because some of the codes were written too fast for anyone to keep up. Also when the instructor switched between versions of the sample database that was not made clear (and they didn't usually line up with the section currently playing). There were also instances where the code in the video had been changed but this was not shown or mentioned (for instance when flipping between the VBA window to Access and then back, the code when flipped back had clearly been modified at some point off-camera with no explanation. All-in-all though this course was 100% worth my time and will serve me very well. Thanks!

It is nice to review all the different items that can be done in VBA to make projects go faster. Having used lots of the code before in different programming languages. It is nice to see how much easier it is to do coding these days. Found ways to do things easier by taking the class.

The instructor speaks clearly and to the point. Nearly every single module has a piece of information that explains something I'm currently trying to do, or makes me think "yeah! I can use that to do this over here". The course has expanded my knowledge and imagination on how to create an Access application, as opposed to just a database.

The information has been consistently clear and easy to follow along. Examples are accessible. Using Infinite Skills courses for Microsoft Access, in the course of 2 months I had gone from breaking the from-the-template Access Task Management database when trying to customize it, to writing my own useful application for tracking task requests and reporting to 20 individuals each on their specific areas of responsibility. I highly recommend their courses.

This has excellent content and serious basic code knowledge to make you look like a programmer! The problem is the practice database used is not the download database used by the instructor. So duplicating his VB code results, must be done without his exact VB code solutions. A waste of an excellent Tutorial! If the instructor database would of been made available, I would of given this a 10, it has the basic stuff, down cold!!

The course has been built comprehensively and explained beautifully step by step. However one thing to comment out is the final critical piece of working with other office suites was not provided and would have been great had that sample lessons have also been included.
