Learn new secrets to creating awesome Microsoft Access databases and VBA coding not covered in any of my other courses!

What you will learn
- Perform several advanced Microsoft Access techniques that will enable them to create more robust database systems
Course Description
After creating more than a dozen courses on Microsoft Access databases and programming in VBA, many students have contacted me with discussions on specific problems and scenarios. From these discussions, I have created videos reviewing the details of the most useful techniques that everyone will eventually need. I have made sure that every detail of these techniques is recorded in the videos! BUT you should be somewhat familiar with VBA since there are lots of coding examples in the course.
There are MANY tips and tricks in this course that you will not find an ANY of my other courses!
I also include a specific database design challenge from a student and then go over the details of how I would handle it.
If you are willing to take the time to go through this course you could easily be much more productive with Microsoft Access in just a few hours!
This course is "hands on" and has exercise files for every section. This is not a course you just watch - you learn new techniques by watching each lecture step, then doing them yourself!
There is a HUGE need in the marketplace for people who REALLY know how to create Microsoft Access databases and use VBA. This is your opportunity to break away from the pack of people who struggle to create effective systems. Stop being like everyone else and and learn how to use Access MUCH more effectively than just about anyone else!

Bruce Myron
Hello, my name is Bruce Myron. I am a self employed Access programmer and general computer consultant to small and medium sized businesses. I got into programming because I was tired of all the jargon most programmers use and how they don't seem to care about business.
"Technology is great but I've always been more interested in how it can be used to make companies more profitable." - Bruce
I live in Portland, Oregon and have many long term relationships with local businesses. Many of the systems I have built for these companies are critical to the success of the business. My specialty is taking the needs of the business and translating them into a system that facilitates, rather than obstructs, what they are trying to do.
I have also spent time as a full time trainer providing group classes on the Microsoft Office programs.
In my opinion the computer industry as a whole is a colossal failure in helping businesses solve their problems. I listen carefully to the needs expressed by my clients and then deliver the simplest, most flexible solution possible.
Over the years I have found that many of the techniques I have used enabled me to survive and thrive when many others have tried the computer programming business and failed.
My goal is to show my students how to create systems that business will value and that will create long term income.

I really like the approach that Bruce has taken regarding breaking up the teaching of in-depth MS-Access programming topics into bite-sized workshops. These were all very useful topics and quickly applicable to my own Access database projects. I especially enjoyed the discussion of themes, colors, and fonts. I always knew about themes, but never really understand the way it was organized regarding backgrounds and accents, nor how to potentially customize a theme for each particular customer I dealt with. Thanks, Bruce.

Once again, Mr. Myron demonstrates some relatively simple, yet powerful methods to really enhance your database builds. Very powerful techniques that can really improve the skill level of the developer using them are shown in all his courses. I know I'm going to learn something new when I take his courses.

Great course and presentation. You have great problem solving skills as demonstrated in Section 2 and throughout the course. I know that some of it has rubbed off on me. Your knowledge and understanding of Access VBA in very impressive. I'm looking forward to the next Workshop.

This was a fascinating course for the diverse topics covered. I have never encountered the apostrophe problem and the explanations and answers were excellent and will every useful. Similarly, Sections 1 and 4 were very interesting and enlightening. I enjoyed this course and Bruce's excellent material and delivery.

Bruce Myron continues to amaze! In this course he clearly explains and demonstrates a bucket load of tips, tricks and techniques for significantly improving application design by revealing the incredible power of Access whilst training your mind to think creatively. Totally recommended.

These workshops are invaluable. The teacher gives you real world examples and walks you through how to accomplish each. It has advanced my career two fold. The teacher explains what he's doing step by step. And most importantly he makes it a priority to answer your questions and help explain his explanation thoroughly. I would recommend ALL his courses to anyone who wants to learn VBA using practical example you can implement immediately.

Bruce is simply amazing. I have undertaken several of his courses, which have all been fantastic. I have learned a lot of new tricks and features of ACCESS and Bruce goes to great lengths to ensure that the concepts are understood. There are several short quizzes to test your understanding as you progress. While this course builds on an earlier course, it is not essential, for this course. I highly recommend this course to anyone wishing to advance their skills in Microsoft Access VBA programming.

Once again Bruce hits the ball out of the park! I love how Bruce takes real life, day to day issues or challenges and explains how to step through things on the way to solving a problem. He truly has the heart of a mentor - always guiding the student toward bettering themselves ... all while keeping the material interesting and challenging. Wish I had more hands so I could give better than two thumbs up!
