Learn new secrets to creating awesome Microsoft Access databases and VBA coding not covered in any of my other courses!

What you will learn
- Perform several advanced Microsoft Access techniques that will enable them to create more robust database systems
Course Description
After creating more than a dozen courses on Microsoft Access databases and programming in VBA, many students have contacted me with discussions on specific problems and scenarios. From these discussions, I have created videos reviewing the details of the most useful techniques that everyone will eventually need. I have made sure that every detail of these techniques is recorded in the videos! BUT you should be somewhat familiar with VBA since there are lots of coding examples in the course.
There are MANY tips and tricks in this workshop that you will not find an ANY of my other courses!
I also include a specific database design challenge from a student and then go over the details of how I would handle it.
If you are willing to take the time to go through this course you could easily be much more productive with Microsoft Access in just a few hours!
This course is "hands on" and has exercise files for every section. This is not a course you just watch - you learn new techniques by watching each lecture step, then doing them yourself!
There is a HUGE need in the marketplace for people who REALLY know how to create Microsoft Access databases and use VBA. This is your opportunity to break away from the pack of people who struggle to create effective systems. Stop being like everyone else and and learn how to use Access MUCH more effectively than just about anyone else!

Hello, my name is Bruce Myron. I am a self employed Access programmer and general computer consultant to small and medium sized businesses. I got into programming because I was tired of all the jargon most programmers use and how they don't seem to care about business.
"Technology is great but I've always been more interested in how it can be used to make companies more profitable." - Bruce
I live in Portland, Oregon and have many long term relationships with local businesses. Many of the systems I have built for these companies are critical to the success of the business. My specialty is taking the needs of the business and translating them into a system that facilitates, rather than obstructs, what they are trying to do.
I have also spent time as a full time trainer providing group classes on the Microsoft Office programs.
In my opinion the computer industry as a whole is a colossal failure in helping businesses solve their problems. I listen carefully to the needs expressed by my clients and then deliver the simplest, most flexible solution possible.
Over the years I have found that many of the techniques I have used enabled me to survive and thrive when many others have tried the computer programming business and failed.
My goal is to show my students how to create systems that business will value and that will create long term income.

2 things are wrong 1. Your filename is in the second part of the section. not the first. 2nd I do not have the play buffer always looking ahead so I have to drag that section of the course to the end If I drag ahead ways it will stop again. This is the first course I have this problem with. I have even restarted my computer. I doubt it is your problem but this course is not streaming properly.

Great. I was already using VBA, but my knowledge base had a lot of holes in it. This course has taught me valuable lessons that I will immediately put to use!

Being able to use this application without it being a struggle is tremendous. Completing the course and then practicing the steps again to reinforce them have provided me with the ability to get the job done without a lot of frustration. It has been well worth the expense to have this ability to use.

I'm enjoying this very advanced view of Access VBA. For those of you considering taking this course, it's very useful BUT not for the faint-hearted. Don't take this without taking Bruce's VBA for Non-Programmers first, even if you've had some exposure to Access in the past. Some of the code is even over my head and I've been using Access for quite some time. But I'd rather a course be a little too hard than a little too easy.

Bruce is very knowledgeable in his training courses and covers the topic of interest with great detail and engages in questions very quickly when questions are asked and posts them so other students can see them to keep everyone engaged in his course. I love his training methods! Dave

Another great workshop from Bruce with clear explanations of unique methods and techniques for improving Access skills and functionality in real world situations. He doesn't just show how built-in functions support good application design he shows how they can be improved to create even more professional results. He should be on the Microsoft Access development team! His courses stimulate the imagination and removes boundaries and this one is no exception. Can't wait for the next workshop.

I have greatly enjoyed this course which has many excellent tips and methods of working which I did not know. I have learned so much and it has expanded my knowledge on how to get more out of Access in ways which I had not thought possible. Bruce is an excellent and engaging tutor and I have learned so much form all his courses.

I enjoy Bruce's lectures. He has an engaging technique and a very pleasant helpful manner of explaining details even down to key presses for the less able students on the course as he flits around the screen. Some of his ideas are really good for making databases quick and simple. Thoroughly recommended!

Bruce has a very creative way of building intuitive user interfaces. The tips in this workshop are great for Access developers of any experience level. They are simple to understand for the newbie, but very useful and contain gems that the more experienced developer may have forgotten or never come across.
