A relevant and useful course for beginner copywriters, but senior/experienced writers will likely find the content to be basic and outdated. Tips include "put key words in bold," "first sentences are important," "proofread your work," and "don't squash content onto the page." The reference websites feel outdated -- they are not fresh, young or modern, and there is not a single reference to Instagram. It's probably great for someone who's just starting out in their career as a writer.

Haven't learned anything new yet, the course is off to a bit of a slow start. The examples of websites shown also seem incredibly old.

The 2015 update is really good! The teacher is really engaging and full of pratical examples to follow. All is clearly shot and slides are available to download.

This is a good course for people who are starting out writing on their first web-writing assignment. While not applicable to more experienced writers, the lectures are full of tips that will help beginners understand the ins and outs of writing effective web copy. Overall, a good, basic foundation course.

I highly recommend it to both copywriters and content managers.
