I really enjoyed this course and it has given me added information and insight for planning my own exercise classes. I have been teaching older adults since 2018 and I am just starting to introduce more Yoga based movements into the classes. My clients really love it! I thought Chris was refreshingly authentic and I enjoyed his lectures. I am now moving onto the Life Coaching Course. Love adding to my skills! Thank you Chris.

GREAT COURSE. Material was easy to understand and was easy to put into practice. A good course for both beginners and those who already teach fitness and health classes. Covers all basic requirements, teaches safety and anatomy without overwhelming the student. Highly recommend.

I found this course really informative and it helped me a lot to get started. I was looking for many others courses and finally decided for this one and I think I can recommend it to everyone looking for a beginner course regarding yoga, its philosophy and history. It is really practical and the teacher gives a lot of further recommendation to read. :) Really good, thank you.

Instructor went too fast. Lots of distractions. The course was not what I thought it was. It was advertised as a yoga teacher certification class. It is not.

By Lisa Burnes on 1/30/2021

The course so far is exactly what I was looking for. This is a great introductory class into the world of yoga and possibly teaching. Even with some of what I know this has been very helpful to truly understand yoga.
