15 Days of SQL: The Complete SQL Masterclass 2026 (Udemy.com)

I opted for this course bc I took one of Nikolai's Power BI courses (in German) years ago, where I already liked his teaching style. This course was equally amazing. I was able to apply so many aspects in my job, and think that this course is still relevant in 2026. While AI helps a lot with building the sql queries, it's great to have the basics and knowledge of what is possible. A few typos in Nikolai's slides slightly undermine the otherwise great quality, but it would be too harsh to deduct stars for that bc most of the content is outstanding. I really loved the course!

I completed the course a few days ago and really enjoyed it. The best parts: - lessons are short, clear, and focused - the number of challenges helped reinforce what was taught - each day was manageable and well structured Great for anyone looking for a hands-on SQL course.

The instructor is very clear in explaining the concepts and delivering the course. I felt overwhelmed with so many topics to cover, but with repetition and practice, started to understand things slowly. Overall, it is a course worth taking for beginners or those who want to have good knowledge of sql.

This course really boosts up your confidence. I have finished the course and it is designed in such a way that you do not zone out even for a second and Nikolai has elaborated the concepts in the simplest way possible.

I've tried a few time but failed to learn SQL. Thanks to the instructor, I believe I can finally get it. He design the course very carefully. The best part is the challenge-driven methodology, which decomposes complex concepts into achieveable small steps. Highly recommend this as the first course in PostgreSQL to people who are serious about it.

The course is complete in content, but in my very personal experience it has been quite hard to follow, cause the teacher has a really strong german accent and he repeats many times the same word during the same class. I consider it unnecessary and making hard to arrive at the end of a class without a headache. So if you don't mind this detail, then the content in great.

The ambition that I hold dear to my heart was ingto progress from beginner through intermediate, advanced and to pro level in 7 days. Nothing like this happened (I kept getting distracted), however after several weeks longer than planned I have reviewed almost all of the material. I do like the idea of adding SQL Developer skills to my cv. A little real world practice could go a long way. - 5/5 I am certain that I will repeat the course again soon.

Overall a good course, with good explanations. I also liked the combination of lectures and exercises. Some things I would like to have improved: I got confused by the explanation of how to install the projects, especially the demo project. Some of the exercises was confusingly explained, some of the Enlish can be improved. I assume that most people working with data management have screens with high resolution. It is therefore a little annoying that videos including small chunks of code, don't show all the code at once, and the instructor has to scroll sideways and up and down to show it all. It makes it harder to follow and write down the content.

This course was outstanding with a very thorough content, well-structured and reinforced with challenging questions that deepened my understanding. I also appreciated the prompt, clear feedback to my queries, which made the learning experience highly engaging and effective.

This course is perfect. One section per day for one hour and maybe one hour more for practice. I like it because it’s not just theoretical but at the end of each subject there is real challenges and learning by doing. Coding is one of the skills no matter how much you study if you don’t start to write you will never become good at. Here you have a lot of practice and writing. Everything is very well explained and the put in practice
