Course Description
"Everything that is Popular is Wrong"
Oscar Wilde
I followed conventional wisdom for nearly 9 years with average success.
I made EVERY MISTAKE in the book, when it came to building
- Lean Muscle
- Losing Fat
&
- Optimizing my Health.
I listened blindly to coaches/experts who probably had superior genetics than me and who were on Steroids & Drugs (I am not judging. What someone does to their bodies, is not my business).
Well, I ALMOST gave up of building my dream physique.
But I realized that there is ONE good thing about me (besides few other things I hope):
Is the fact that I never give up!
If an idea clicks with me, I want it. It becomes almost like an obsession.
I am obsessed about wanting to:
-Become the healthiest version of me
-Get Strong and in the process enough Lean muscle so as not to look thin
-Drop my body fat to around sub 10%. Cut to 6% if the situation demands. And it's ok even if I go up to 14% (this happens when I let go slightly, drink few times a week, have ice creams and chocolates...Life is meant to be Enjoyed...right?)
I ditched:
All the bodybuilding magazines
STOPPED listening to gym trainers, and following 'bro' science.
Instead I delved deep in the 'Science of Muscle Building' & 'Fat Loss'.
Being certified I feel is the tip of the iceberg. Sure I have many certifications to brag about but when you start reading scientific journals and research papers and books you get to the depth and realize that truth is hidden from most people.
This course is a result of my:
Over a decade of passionate self-reading in health & fitness, passing lot of certifications, and anecdotal evidence (applying all theory relentlessly on myself and my clients to see what works and what doesn't), besides using science to support my claim.
In the end, I would be delighted if you avoid making EVEN ONE MISTAKE (or few) out of all 51, that pays you handsomely in the long run.
Cheers to a Healthy, Leaner & Sexier YOU:)
STAY Fabulous:)

Yes, the course is very valuable and it has touched with my daily activities. Where course has explained me that building muscle is absolute with patience. Very well explained about the diet part. Had a clear sight on how to maintain a good health.

Thank you very much for this course. Great explanations with supporting facts. I find your facts explain why my recent lifestyle changes make me feel more healthy. Now, I feel more confident in changing my lifestyle by doing more research instead of believing the myths.

This highly motivational course has already affected my life positively; by-passing the guesswork usually encountered on a journey, I'm already enjoying the benefits of years of distilled research and trial and error on the part of the instructor. The information is presented by an expert, experienced fitness coach and is clear, encouraging and based on solid data--all supported by graphics that illustrate the concepts presented. The course is a wholistic approach to fitness, with concepts and information applicable to the real world that anyone--regardless current level--can begin to implement immediately to begin enjoying the benefits of a healthier life. Thank you for this wonderful gift, Akash!

I have now finished the course and would make the following constructive (I hope) comments: 1. Several times the lecture number did not match the number on the screen. 2. The same picture for each mistake became far too repetitive 3. A summary sheet at the end would have helped 4. A TRUE/FALSE quiz would be interesting 5. The 'missing mistakes' need filling before the course becomes paid 6. Why not have a 'gym mistakes' as that would be very useful if you're covering lifestyle, fitness etc 7. Sometimes the 'myth' is not a myth at all as there are exceptions - for example the point about fasting and glucose levels. 8. When saying something is 'safe' always include any possible side effects (creatine effects on people who are bi-polar) Having said all the above, this is a pretty good course! I like Akash and have enrolled on some of his other courses. I find him very approachable. With that in mind I have raised several points and posted them in the Q/A section after various lectures. The responses should be interesting! Should others do this course??? YES as it is very unlikely you know all 51 myths so new knowledge is very important! UPDATE All my questions were answered in detail and quickly. Yet another factor that distinguishes this course from Youtube Heartily recommended !
