Really good explanation of game industry overall and responsibilities of game dev team. In addition to develop the game, you need to get the game market experience too, which explained well here. Also, The Game Design perspectives are clearly explained, all of the parts of game design are detailed well.

As someone who has played games for years and thought about making their own games, this course really helped me realize some of the aspects of making a game and gave me a better appreciation for how games are made.

This course provides a great overview for someone who might be interested in pursuing a career in Gaming. It explains the basics on how the game architecture should work according to user experience. Thank you for putting this together!

What I do like about this course, not only is the instructor giving all the theory of Game design, she is doing it in a fun and interactive manner, small projects that you need to ultimately engage in to get all of those benefits we enrolled for. It can also be determined that she really has practical experience as the way she delivers the content feels as if it is not coming forth that she is reading from scripts but rather really giving you game design life advice.

This is without a doubt the best Game Design course I have taken. I always wondered which is the best process to start a game and struggled when I made mistakes. With this finished course now I will create more meaningful games and start my path to become a proficient Game Designer and Team Lead!

Great course for understanding the different roles in game design, responsibilities, skills, and fundamentals of great game development. Very easy to listen and follow along with. If you're looking to have an edge by understanding what/how a game development studio operates under, this course is for you. Feedback: Would love to see the game design section updated to have downloadable templates provided by industry professionals for game pitches, game proposals, and other extremely important documentation as reference items that can be customized by course users.

I think that this course was a great match for me and my interests. I've had an interest in video games since I was a kid, so I've always enjoyed learning more about them and what goes into making them. I'm currently a web and graphic design student, but the thought of going into game design intrigues me. I really enjoyed this course, though I wish that it was more interactive and had something like mini quizzes to test my knowledge as I completed the course.

While I had a general understanding of what was involved in game design and the industry, this course presented even more information and provided project steps to enhance that knowledge. It identified information missing from my knowledge and helped to guide me toward future research points. You don't know what you don't know. Great course! I will definitely review this information repeatedly in the future.
