Basics of Automotive Electronics (Udemy.com)

Mind Blowing Details and Visuals, Very Detailed and not over whelming. Essential video for Newbies in automotive industries to get an idea on how car works wrt mechatronics angle.

I'll be direct, and possibly blunt. I feel the course was rushed and absolutely not up to Udemy standards. First, the music was very annoying and distracting. It felt like watching a casual YouTube video, not a lesson. Second, the amount of repetitive gifs which were placed in the slides made me almost fell motionsick. Third, I have a MsC in electrical / automotive engineering and I felt almost insulted when you spoke about EVs and especially electrical motors, you got a lot of things wrong and I won't bother listing all of them (IM motors are far more complicated to control than PM motors, just to say). And finally, I really felt annoyed every time you said "We'll go into details" or "We'll deep dive", since every time, after this premise, every subject which was tackled was dealt with extreme superficiality and no depth at all. I did appreciate the practical part on CAN, expecially the one using Python. However, overall the course was quite messy. I don't mean to insult anybody or be rude, but I prefer to be clear..

An extremely informative and well-structured course. It’s an excellent starting point for anyone looking to build a career in the automotive domain. The course does a great job of explaining how automotive systems work from the ground up and clearly walks through the various phases a car goes through before it reaches the road. Highly recommended for gaining strong foundational knowledge in automotive electronics.

This course provided with good information for those who are going to attend the interviews and freshers as well. I like the tutor's simpler explanation in each topic which makes easy to understand.Thanks for creating this course.

Decently basic overview of CAN, helpful simulated example for reference. The quiz questions have plainly obvious answers in the choices so one can pass them without ever having to go through any of the material. Course is a good "revision of basics" for a seasoned engineer, and maybe a good introduction to someone getting into automotive engineering as a student. Heavy-ish accent on the narrator and wrong closed captions do not help matters.
