Pleasant speaking voice. No problems with understanding. Would've like more explanation about what some of the classes meant in classic css. I think there is a website or something that describes the css behind each Bootstrap class. Would have been nice to know you could mix and match your customized styling with Bootstrap but was glad to see css styling and media queries kept to a minimum (thereby showing the strength of Bootstrap.. quicker and more quality workflow). With so many free Bootstrap courses available these days, this one I will probably be my general reference. Kudos to the instructor.

Gives some of the reasons to design setups not just the code. Gave some good explanations of the class names used in Bootstrap. Sped up at for the last few sessions, there was good info in there but needed to listen twice to get it all.

This series essentially walks through the development of a small bootstrap page. It plows through tags, classes and whatnot very quickly and consequently isn't very thorough. The instructor does, however, on occasion direct you to where more information can be learned which is helpful. This approach to teaching isn't necessarily a weakness. I personally enjoy this a lot because I have a programming background and HTML/CSS isn't incredibly challenging to learn.

It's pretty easy to follow along, but Brad keeps getting faster as the course progresses. Not everyone has his typing speed nor do they have Coda 2 setup the way he has which speeds his typing even more. I suggest Brad give a short video on how he has his version of Code 2 setup. Includes the major plugins he's running and things that allow him to type or input data faster. He does mention some of these tricks and tips on occasion, but one course would be great.

Finally, I did it! Excellent Bootstrap 3 course! Now I'm designing ASP.NET MVC Web Application project, and this course will help me a lot for styling this project. Realize that every new information can be seen confusing at first but it will get easier the more you are exposed to it. And this is why many students give a low rating to their talented instructors/trainers! At the end of the course you should be able to design and style your own website/blog using Bootstrap 3! I recommend this course. And Brad is awesome instructor! Yeah, just awesome. Thank you Brad and looking forward to your upcoming courses!

I enjoyed this course, Brad was very clear and easy to follow in his videos. There were some mistakes in the videos, but Brad made an effort to correct them and make us aware of problems to keep an eye out for, something that I haven't seen in many of the Udemy courses I've taken. I'd definitely recommend this to someone who is interested in getting a good tutorial into Bootstrap 3 before they go off to explore more on their own.

Brad Hussey's teaching style is superb. The pacing of the course is an indicator of how much pre-planning he did before presenting the final course. I really wanted to give this 5-stars, but unfortunately when Bootstrap went from v3.0 to the current v.3.3.x (this review is written Feb 22, 2016) the project loses the NAVBAR and appearance of the MORE COURSES area changes to a "stacked" rather than side-by-side layout. I do hope Brad can take a look at this and tweak the course with an addendum to address these 2 problems. The NAVBAR issue is quite serious.

This was the best course I've taken on Udemy so far. There was no broken code, my website turned out exactly as Brad claims it will in the beginning of the course, and it looks great. I learned so much from this course and plan to continue using the course files as templates for future projects. Some people have mentioned how fast Brad moves through the coding. I really liked his quick pace because it kept me engaged, and you can pause it if you need to catch up. Most courses on Udemy move so slow that it is hard for me to stay focused but this one was perfect. Thanks for a great course Brad! The only thing that I felt was missing was a better understanding of what Bootstrap. An extra lecture or two to provide a more solid foundation of what bootstrap is, how developers use it, and how it differs from normal css would have been perfect.

From this course what I learned most is how to work in an organized way to design a website with bootstrap. I have been working with bootstrap for last 1.5 year. Now I feel like how to work with bootstrap properly. Thanks for these amazing lessons. One suggestion is the videos are little bit fast which may cause some trouble for some students. Thanks again to the instructor. Looking forward to see your latest tutorials.

Just completed the Bootstrap Basic: Program Responsive Websites and I am now confident, I can rebuild my own site and know what I am doing and if I don't recall, I'm able to go back to reference the steps I should take. I had previously learned bits and pieces of html & CSS here and there but having it all in one place and bonus how to build a responsive site... totally worth the price. Already bought 2 other courses with Brad! This is freakin' awesome! Satisfied student!
