I took this course before jumping into XR prototyping projects in a intense schedule. I would say it honestly this course is bit outdated cause it is using a old version of Meta SDK. But it did helped me to get on the projects! What I took from this course is to understand the theory of each individual section of Meta SDK, and it helpd me to see how Meta SDK all in one tools is evolving!

I see some bugs like the testing the APK from the first module, it didn't work and saw that the step from customizing passthrough visualization and then into scene understanding was a big strange, when a new scene was opened? I didn't know if deleting all we did in the previous step was the correct thing.

It was a really nice course—thank you, XR Bootcamp team. Some things don’t work as expected as of July 2025. I’m not sure whether it makes sense to fix them or just leave them, since Meta is already on SDK version 77. It would have been great if the course covered the latest version, but I understand how hard it is to keep up in such a fast-paced field.

Pros: - it had a nice flow, enthusiastic lecturer, good for basics; fun, it is a good intro to the subject! Cons: - there should be a video or two explaning the prefabs and their contents (or another course in deep diving these contents) ; for people not much experienced with unity it sometimes gives the vibes - "Meta SDK - that is all there is to it" - when there was clearly a lot of work behind the scenes. Requires updating: - Section on movement sdk: it is no longer possible to import via git url link (there is no longer a branch for version #3.1.1. Now users must check releases, download the version needed, decompress and use import from disk. Go to its folder and look for package.json - that is the file unity package manager wants.

This is a must-have for anyone interested in mixed reality This course is a blast! Beyond the fun factor, the game truly shines in showcasing a bunch of impressive new mixed reality features. The developers did a fantastic job, and I love that they've included all in course

As an intermediate Unity user eager to explore mixed reality (MR), I found this course both informative and succinct. The core tools were thoughtfully explained, making it easy for me to grasp their functionality and envision how they could enhance my MR projects.

Every module has a bite sized instruction so it is easy to understand and follow. I have taken the XR Bootcamp C# course in the past, and I would say that there has been much improvement on course quality since then. I really enjoy it, and this is a must-take course before using the Meta Presence Platform.

Step by step processes are awesome. The instructor has structured the course so that it's simple to follow along, even if you're a beginner. His explanations are helpful, as he explains terminology which might not be common. To help you understand exactly what you're doing, why you have to follow that step, and alternatives related to the step. In that way, you're learning more about the various technical capabilities and limitations of the system. And creates a better understanding of the full end to end process. I'm really enjoying this course so far.

I just completed the course, and it was truly fantastic! The course was carefully designed to meet the expectations of anyone interested in Mixed Reality. Not only did the content provide valuable information, but it also allowed us to reinforce concepts with engaging practical examples. One of the greatest advantages of the course was the clarity in explaining topics and the abundance of practical examples that made it easy to apply the learned knowledge. Meta’s Presence Platform serves as an excellent starting point for those looking to develop their Mixed Reality projects. I've also taken Tevfik's other courses, and he has taught me a lot. Sean Ong kept me engaged throughout the course with his informative and enthusiastic delivery. Thanks to the expertise of the instructors and the quality of the content, I believe this course is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to enhance their skills in Mixed Reality. I highly recommend it
