Pros: I really enjoyed this course and the teaching style. He was very good at explaining the software as he went through each exercise. There really is not a lot of content out there on Cocos. Please make more courses and I will buy them! I will be going to do his shooter game tutorial next on Youtube. Cons: The audio quality is poor. I had to have the volume max on my PC and sometimes it was still very difficult to hear.

I have some background in programming, but I've never used Cocos Creator before. I think this is a pretty good course for a beginner like me. I was able to follow along without any issues, and I feel as though I have gained a pretty good grasp of the basics. My only criticism is the quality of the sound. The volume is very low, and in some cases a bit noisy and distorted, although I was still able to follow along without issues. I would recommend this course to a beginner who is starting from scratch and who wants to learn the basics. Don't expect to complete this course and then already have a completely polished game that is ready for shipping. That is not what this course is about.
