An advanced analysis of waterfall and agile was just was I was looking for! Great conversation where the questions that probed in agile were spot on. Through the discussion many concepts were introduced and context was provided. Scrum, sprints,safe, kanban etc.

This is one of the valuable course for person who would like to know the difference between Waterfall and Agile. The contents and examples was easy to understand and helped to gain knowledge how it actually works. Thank you and looking forward for many courses.

Very insightful with examples. I agree to the statement - There is a lot of bad agile out there :) But what sums it up for me is that Agile is more for scientific and digital projects where change at any stage is acceptable. Not quite for real world where trust, clarity and dependencies play a huge role!

As for someone who doesn't have any idea about this topic I can say that choosing this course is really helpful. The speakers are clear and very informative with their topics. I was able to understand more about Agile and the Waterfall approach.

As a project manager, I have gained a much understand of Agile approach at the end of this course. Agile expert - Mr Rose, clarified the differences, limitations, the techniques and buzzwords in Agile approach via real life example, make the whole course very interesting and easy to follow.

I enjoyed this course even though it can be quite confusing especially with certain terminologies used. However, my intent is to have a relook again and I am sure after watching again, the pieces will fit together to form a clearer picture as a whole. With the knowledge gained as well as using what I have learned I should be able to look for opportunities in enhancing my goals. Thanks!

Could have done with more interaction with the audience. The dialogue was a bit dry. Otherwise, the message was delivered comprehensive enough for me to understand the concept of Agile. However, this course would have better serve people who are doing development and also science. For other, the application might be a bit limited.

This course is truly beneficial to learn and compare Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, understand the characteristics and what are the pros and cons related to each methodology. We may apply Agile principles to the daily work consciously.

Great Course! It is more like being in some nice and cozy place close to 2 wonderful experts and just listening to how they are discussing "Waterfall vs Agile" topic. But if you want to find some fundamental or deep knowledge about the methodologies, some templates or instruments,- better to find another course. This one is not about something very specific.

A really good overview to help your "Waterfall" mind adapt to Agile. You'll need more input to actually run an Agile project but as it's such a philosophical shift this overview is great before the real learning starts. Thanks Chris! Vistage V3 Si B ;-)
