This training has helped me strengthen my leadership skills, especially in delegation, motivation, and empowering others. I’ve become more confident in involving my team and creating an environment where people feel valued and capable. Reaching the halfway point has already made a positive impact on how I will lead.

I am really enjoying taking this course on Leadership. While i feel i already have few qualities of leadership, there are many more to discover and put into practice. As a class teacher, this course will immensely benefit me in better leading my class members. Delegating everyone with some roles and responsibilities with trust and empowerment is what i can practice immediately.

I really enjoyed this course. I've taken several leadership courses and none of them really stuck with me. But this one did! I have tons of ideas on how to apply the principles to my new position, and really appreciated all the handouts for later use. Plus the instructor kept me laughing throughout.

As a new supervisor working my way into a management role this course was exactly what I needed. I started the course thinking I was doing a good job with delegation but I quickly realized that I could make some significant improvements here and delegate even more than I currently do. I also really appreciated all of the aids that were provided during this course, with the main standouts being the Regular Management Tasks and the Situational Leadership model.

Excellent commentary of information about how to become a great leader was awesome, this presenter presented all the materials in an unique way which i experienced for the first time, thoroughly enjoyed the whole lecture and learned a lot. Again, amazing way of delivering the courses in this training.

The course covered everything but it seemed unsure who it was aimed at. If it was for experienced managers to fill gaps then it was too general. And likewise if it was for new managers it didn't have enough working examples, very soon the information begins to wash over you without context. The one exception was the AI role play, it would be good to see more of these and instead of just a quiz it could help you to build with each new bit.

I've learned the difference between the enthusiastic, experienced, lacking confidence and bored people in my work environment. This will definitely help me in the future. It has given me a new way to approach, coach and teach.

Yes this training is reawakening of some of the things i do and strengthening me to remain firm to taking the right decision at the right time and also remembering me that am responsible for whatever happen in my coverage area. The training has also thought me new leadership styles and needs for delegation.

I've learned a lot from this Practical Leadership Skills Training. It gave me valuable insights into my strengths and, more importantly, highlighted the areas where I still need to grow and improve as a leader. The lessons were practical, easy to understand, and applicable to real-life situations. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their leadership skills.

Just in the opening and I hear his voice, I am all ears. I like how clear his voice is and how he makes it more fun to listen just by adding up stories and examples which make it easier to understand. I am not familiar with all the leadership styles - what its called and how to apply it to my role as a Supervisor - but by listening to his stories where he applies all those Leadership styles were quite insightful. Will definitely check some of Chris' courses. Thank you!
