If anyone is looking for a quick refresher or just willing to have quick jump start on design pattern s implemented in Java then consider this course. You can have an understanding of the design patterns and their applications in a comprehensive manner. But don't expect much deeper understanding of these patterns. Refer this as a quick guide.

Fits perfectly as a knowledge refresher or as a quick, easily understandable, and on point explanation if it's a new pattern you haven't used yet.

In general, I believe this is a great course for anyone who is interested in having a better understand about design patterns. All chapters where covered using an easy to digest approach an explanation, diagrams and the coding part helped as well. All chapters provide context to understand the main concept for each pattern. However, I would recommend provide additional guidance around WHEN a pattern should be avoided, WHAT are the most common challengings and WHY you should use a certain pattern (some chapters provided more insightful information about a parttern than others).

Really great explanations about the design pattern and then a good explanation within code to show how to implement the design pattern in a real world scenario.

This is a good course, for a Youtube Chanel. Skill level is set as "All levels", which means that beginner-level developers are welcome, but the material is given in a tight manner, with very little explanation of WHY we need to use a particular pattern. Examples of "you have this mess, if you want to use it, you will be struggling like this and that, let's apply pattern and see how it improves our code" would be a great help. A lot of code commented as it is in the opposite of what it is supposed to do, "Game game this dot game equals game"... yes, we can read the code. I'd prefer to hear comments about why we need an interface here and an abstract class there, some may say this is not a course about Java overall, but it would fill the videos with more useful info instead of just repeating what is displayed on the screen. Separate mention deserves the VSC. In every video I could not help myself wandering why would you choose to write JAVA code in an editor that supports Java instead of using the editor that was literally developed for Java, I would more or less understand it(maybe you exclusively use VSC for all coding) if you would not have the IntellijIDE right there on your command panel... Overall, I don't regret buying the course, but I just cannot leave a 5-start review. Thank you.

Yes, the final thing to make this course perfect is a resume video at the end of each section where a summary and comparation of the viewed design pattern is made.

Fresh course, only 4.5 hrs, good pace of the videos. Easy to understand and resources are good to go back for reference.
