Frahaan Hussain's course is 8.7 hours and 70 lectures across eight sections, covering blockchain, Bitcoin, Ethereum and a first look at Solidity. The title promises applications, but the syllabus tells a different story. Solidity Basics runs about 100 minutes and the Advanced section about 73. The rest is introductions, history, client setup and other uses of blockchain. It fits people who want to understand the ideas first and are not yet ready to build.

Students who liked it call the instructor experienced and the explanations easy to follow. The complaints are louder in the low-star reviews. Several say it is long-winded and repeats points, and one reviewer was a fifth of the way in with no DApp programming started. Others say the Solidity never gets past the very basics, and one calls it purely theoretical. Subtitles that do not match the speech and slow talking while writing on screen also come up.

Opinion is split. Of 209 ratings, 78 are five stars and 31 are one or two stars. The course was last updated in February 2018, so the install and tooling lessons may feel dated. As a gentle orientation to the field it can work. For hands-on Solidity, a project-based course is the better pick.

Course Review:: Pros; The basics of Blockchain, Ethereum and intro of solidity is on the course. This course is mostly theoretical, it covers vastly about the blockchain. beginners can use the course to know about the information on blockchain. Cons; The name of the course should be changed to something other than "Create Ethereum & Blockchain Applications Using Solidity'' because the course doesn't teach you build these applications. The solidity information provided in the course is not enough. Conclusion; This course is solely for Theoretical purposes only. this can be use to get deep technical knowledge of blockchain. Overall its covers mostly about the topics, information is good.
