It is a great tutorial to learn new skills, and it is also easy to follow because the speaker made it dinamical.

You should ask this after we get into the course a bit and not after just setting up the environment.

Good for beginners to programming with examples. Picked up pace a little towards the end and could use witha bit more explanation on the end content for a beginner audience. Additional tasks or things to do for intermediate programmers at the end of the course would be nice

The course title is "Mastering Java for Beginners & Experts", but it's really just for beginners. The course does a decent job of covering the broad basics of the language, but doesn't have the advanced content to justify the "mastering Java" or the "for experts" label. I did java about a decade ago, and I came into this expecting it to teach me something new about the language and its new features. While I didn't know everything in this course, the small parts that were new to me are were only new because I have not used that part of java before and not because it was a "new" or advanced feature. On the teaching side of things, I think it could be more professional and polished. Although some mistakes during the filming of the course could be useful for beginners in helping them come to terms with fixing coding errors, the less useful ones should have been edited out to reduce confusion and keep the course more concise. Also, I noticed a couple of errors in the tests. I think the author may have mixed up Java with a different language on a couple of occasions.

The content of curse is good but in some topics instructor just types code in eclipse going very fast/quickly and not giving a good explanation, specially the last ones. If you have used java this is a good course to remember things but if you are newbie and starting lo learn java a different course could be better

The course seems like grabbed from Youtube or some other place where it was streamed and posted directly here and asked for 10 bucks. Luckily I got this free, so that's why I'm giving it a 2.5 instead of 2. Audio is very low. Image quality keeps on getting blurry and back to fine, often more than once per video. Many mistakes made in the code writing that elongates for no reason the course. Due the lack of preplan, whenever something gets into trouble (simply due something as simple as not saving or badly writing a path, the author has plenty of trouble and takes its time to solve it. Take it as an initiation to java only if you can get it for free. Else, spend your money on some other java course (check ratings and duration first!), which will teach you more knowledge and with less dissatisfaction when you see the author being stuck on something very simple and its struggling to find/solve it (I counted 5 big collapses, and a few other lesser ones). Sorry if you're author and you're reading this, hopefully it makes you realise stuff and put more effort and caution when making your next Udemy course. This ain't youtube. Record the video locally to avoid lag/resolution problems and then upload it. I don't have to stay looking at how you try to fix your errors for periods of 30 seconds, so either cut those long pauses or prepare these videos better/remake them if they're too problematic. Subtitles are not reliable, as they're google-generated, so if you don't have headphones/loudspeakers, don't try it through subtitles.

The instructor covered everything surrounding the major tasks you as a Java programmer will need. There is an enormous amount of information in this course, and even more when you start working through the links to Java documentation, Frameworks etc. that is provided. The course may start off rough, but it is exactly like sitting next to the instructor at his desk and teaching you the basics to the language. The rest is up to you on how proficient you wan to get. I would recommend this anytime.

As i was new to java, this course helped a lot to understand concepts andnew terms. But i felt that there was lack of complete expalanation and reasoning to why this term is used or what does it do or actually its defination or meaning. only the very brief explanation was given about each term used which is not enough to clear the concept thoroughly. otherwise there was everything completed as per the topics and nothing was left which i liked about it.
