This course is very well needed for all companies to invest in and share with the employees. Most of the examples that was displayed I witness often for the company that I work for.

This is a really important course because this is something that happens at work everyday and it really teaches people how to behave at work.

It was interesting, but I sometimes had a hard time understanding the accent when they talk really fast or use terminology I am not aware of.

The information tested in each knowledge check is not delivered until AFTER the quiz. Subtle differences between American and British workplaces make this advice seem overly-cautious in favor of the perpetrator. Video should be clearly labeled so American workplaces can find a suitable alternative.

This is close to home as I am currently being bullied by someone that management has allowed to dictated how far I can interact with the team, I am marginalized by my own leaders who do not want to cause a issue

Course was good but it has an incorrect answer for one of the questions. It asks what does the E stand for in CREATE. In the module it stood for Evaluate and that was not an option in the answers.

Pretty good course. Enjoyed the examples they used, albeit they were a bit on the nose. Feel like this information is vital in the workplace though, and glad to be a part of this course as a refresher.

I think the examples early in the course used are extreme and not typical of workplace behaviors I've witnessed. For example, in the case of the "homophobic" bullying, it was evident that the man deemed the perpetrator was initially the victim and was defending himself, albeit in an unacceptable manner. There were simply too many problems all wrapped up in one example there. I think the course needs to produce more subtle, nuanced examples for it to be truly effective.

A great course and very critical for the workplace. This should be part of any organization's induction program for new employees. From a D&I perspective it could be included in interventions as a learning material for all affected parties of inappropriate behavior.

The message it conveys is absolutely very true and by this we could learn how to respect our colleagues irrespective of their race, religion and sex and to make a seamless working environment.
