Clear explanation of what customer engagement and provided clear examples of how to conduct meaningful customer engagement. However, collecting customer feedback for the sake of collecting information isn't helpful. Using the information received to update old products/services or create new useful products/services for your customer is the purpose of utilizing customer feedback loops.

Very good course. I felt like the resources do not match all the contect. Would love to have an example of how Section 8 was done by someone with more experience and a detail fo the analiyze that was doen or could be done for each section.

I found some of the information helpful but feel it is more geared to business than my work in a hospital, helping families with ill children. I am much more focused on the emotional and psychological well being of families. I realize the hospital may compete but feel we have very good medical staff and I want to ensure all professionals are working together to help our families.
