Course Description

Become a master at data structures with this easy course on Data Structures in JavaScript!

Data structures are important when it comes to doing anything related to computers. With the huge role that data plays in today’s world, data structures allow a structured format to saving and retrieving data.

Data structures are often designed to be efficient in terms of storing and retrieving data in an easy and efficient manner. The faster the data is retrieved determines the success of the structure.

All programming languages have different built-in data structure commands that allow them to store data in a more efficient manner, such as objects, arrays, etc. Each language writes its own structure properties and features. JavaScript, one of the most popular programming languages has its own set of built-in data structure commands, which allow it to work extremely well with large amounts of data.

In this course, you’ll learn exactly how! This course breaks down data structures in JavaScript into small and easy to understand concepts, where you will cover a number of different commands that are built-in within the JavaScript Programming Language.

This hands-on informative course will help you get ready for learning amazing data structure skills as well as help you learn how to actually store and structure your data at the end of this course. The course will start with a detailed introduction into data structures, including their significance and some important programming practices, before it delves into data structures such as Arrays, Stacks, Linked Lists, Queues, Hash Tables and Trees Graphs.

The course also covers a detailed introduction to sorting and searching algorithms, as well as the different benefits of data structures.

At the end of this course, you will have not only mastered the different functions of data structures in JavaScript but also how the data structures actually work from scratch in this functional and comprehensive Data Structures in JavaScript tutorial.

Instructor makes code errors, but edits the video and code, off camera, leaving the student to beat their head against the desk trying to figure out why their code, which is written watching the video, doesn't work. When you download the resource code, you understand that the code has been edited/altered/changed off camera. Very frustrating. It happened in more than a few lessons. The last lesson does not even function correctly, and the resource code is of no help either. There are other ways to check whether a number is in an array without using an algorithm and these other ways prove the logic is incorrect as it states the number is not in the array, when in fact it is, and sometimes there are multiple instances of the same number in the array when the instructors code/logic says it is not in the console.... :/ Otherwise, the principles were solid, and the explanation of uses or practicality of each data structure was solid. It just could have been much better for the student if they understood by watching the video, that the instructor made a mistake, they figured it out, and while the student is watching, corrected the mistake. If you code as you are watching the video, and you can check your code against the code in the video and there is nothing different, you are definitely lost as to what went wrong --- UNTIL you decide to peak at the resource code and find the working code in the video is not the same as the code that you wrote along with the instructor.

Looks like instructor is looking at a copy and writing the code. Code explaination is quite poor

I extremely valued the manner in which the educator put endeavors to influence this Data To structure instructional exercise intelligently. clarified well enough,"Awesome, remarkable experience. "

this course is good but the instructor accent is difficult to understand and imposibile to listen in faster speed (like 2x wich i am used to ) if you want to understand all of what the instructor is saying you have 2 listen to each video few times ... or sometimes guess (i don't normally give bad review and i am not downgrading the knowledge you can get from this course if you complete it... but i do think that Eduonix should get someone to narrate the instructor cause it really make this course difficult to watch ... i am not a native speaker myself ... but i normally can watch courses here with no problem and in this one found myself struggling to understand what the instructor is talking about ... i will try to complete the course but this review comes after 2 hours of struggling after i will finish will review this course again hoping i won't break before that... I also find that the recording quality and the background quality of the explanation is not "great" and that did not help me to enjoy this course i had viewed other course with eduonix tech and to be honest it does not meet the standard quality of courses i remember from them or from udemy in general ... i hate to bash the instructor but because its a company who makes money from this platform i expect more from them ( what i recommend for this course is to reupload all the videos with better sound quality and also better video quality (to use vscode with colors for the code and other narrator ... for the voice cause this one is a struggle to understand

You are mostly only reading your code, you need to explain what are you doing before you do it and not while you are doing it so while I try to follow it doesn't make sense. Also, sometimes you yell too much and it can be tiring to listen to the course. I think this course should be free, it is too much money for this kind of explanation.

I like this course on data structure in java script. Thank you very much for this awesome course.Your way of teaching is really amazing & you have always tried to keep the concepts simple.

Another excellent course by Eduonix. this course explains basic data structure very well. I feel that my algorithm has already improved to another level. I wish I had found this book earlier. I hope Eduonix will talk more data structure tutorial soon.

Code taught is not working, cant proceed with learning because of that. For Example, Linked List in lecture 19 is not working as expect, its giving runtime error.

This course so far is absolutely phenomenal! I was hazy with recursion until I finally received the explanation within this series, which was clear, direct, and well-visualized! I'm very satisfied. Eager for more!

At starting it looked a like instructor has lost it while teaching. But then after 7-8 lessons it got perfect and smooth. Very smooth and polished content. Deserver 4 Star.
