I found it difficult to see the sketches in the beginning of his videos as they were too light. Other lectures were a problem because he would begin a drawing, but start describing how to draw it after he had already done and passed what he was talking about. Being out of sync like that really made it confusing. For beginners the course, I'm sure, is beneficial. He does describe how to draw in many ways.

This course did not work for me. Much of it I already knew. I didn't care for the style of instruction. After getting half way through the course and abandoned it. It might be good for the absolute beginner but I had some prior training so this just wasn't for me.

I really enjoyed this course. I have no particular experience with or talent for drawing, and I was surprised at how much I improved between the first and last lessons. The instructor does a great job at making each lesson feel manageable. The explanations are clear, and the demonstration videos are really helpful. I think that the materials in Part 3 are a bit oddly organized, but I also found that to be the section that I enjoyed the most, so it didn't bother me. Thanks for a great course!
