Slides are not engaging as they're just paragraphs of text and presentation is just a voiceover
By Lisa Sanders on 9/8/2022
The information is good, but the presentation itself is very dated and it's mostly just narration with supporting text. Not a great learning experience - it's difficult to stay engaged. Diagrams, examples, variety on the slides would really help.

I liked the copywriting course better that I did last year. It helps if the course is a little interactive and makes us do stuff or give small tests etc.

Monotonous reading of foils without examples provides limited engagement and learning. No documentation to be found.... Quiz should be per Section!

I think the course overview could have explained the definition of Content Management better. This whole first module was dedicated to CMS applications, which is not the focus of my learning gaps. I want to know about content strategies... not the software used to create content and manage it.

A lot of content and a good introduction to ECM.
