The narrator obviously isn't the person who created the content, as they don't seem connected with what is happening on screen. Also, there isn't really clear reasoning behind many decisions taken, and full explanations of what is happening - more showing rather than teaching. For examples, fragments are not fully explored and explained. Finally, lots of the java code isn't written very well - not a big deal, but in a course it should all be of a high quality

This is a very good course for beginners to intermediates to learn how to code Android Studio apps in Java. There is is so much to gain from doing this course, I am about to complete a Masters in Software Development doing a dissertation project creating an Android app, this course gave me the tools to confident enough to complete that app. The tutor is really good, and I would highly recommend this course.

This is a very good teacher and an interesting subject. Alas the Android build level is around 28 and at time I'm taking this course its up to 32. Its well designed though and almost version proof, but more and more gotcha's pile up, like excess passengers in a clown car.

this course was really detailed and very slow paced and that's not a bad thing at all . the Instructer is friendly and replies to doubts in a day or 2 and is really friendly. the concepts are easily understood due to their divisions . from my point of view who is this course for 1.for someone who doesnt know a thing at all (beginner's) 2.maybe would like a recap at the basic levels cuz these are important trust me besides that this couse also has some good things like git and github as well as publishing to the play store(optional) i enjoyed it but it would have been great if we had more projects or coding challenges of any sort

Great video. Finally a short clear update instructional Android course. There's other courses that are out of date, and offer long winded explanations within the lessons of the theory or some arcane explanation. IMHO it just creates info overload and distracts from learning functional programming as fast as possible.

This is one of the best Android programming courses I attended so far. The instructor explains all the steps he is doing, in a comprehensive way, supporting the learning process with meaningful examples. This is exactly what I need. I recommend this course for all of you who want to learn to develop mobile apps in Android Studio.

Good way of teaching, good illustration of examples to understand the underlying reasons, but it is in low voice where I have to raise the voice to the maximum to be able to understand the words, also talking very slow, I have run this course in x1.75 speed which is an advantage to some students where they can finish this course faster.
By Mohamed Tifaout on 9/4/2021
Thanks for the response ,I have several notes ,I have some basic java, but there is some Classes and method needs to be explained in Android studio, also its clear the teacher not the same with who write the codes, because of that some times I have some confusing !!anyway I will give my final review when I finish the course !
By Mohammad AlShaabi on 9/4/2021
Great way of teaching that suits both beginners and professional developers, even though I have purchased another android course that has more number of hours and more topics and examples, but when I saw the preview of this one I decided to purchase it and discarded the first one. I have one comment though, your voice isn't loud enough, and you don't pronounce some words clearly enough, I have to raise the volume to the maximum to be able to understand all what you say, remember that not all your students are English native speakers. all the best.

I really wish the instructor would go into the theory of WHY he is doing things, rather than simply how to do them. I guess this keeps the course concise and to the point for most learners. But the details are missing to venture into Android on your own. You will literally only have the building blocks, and no theory at all. I do however give this course 5 stars as it is unique, up to date and excellently presented. If you want more detailed theory into WHY methods and functions are needed, and what is happening "under the hood" do any course by Tim Balchalka. Time goes into deep theory so you are armed with all the knowledge, rather than just being a copy and paste Stackoverflow programmer.
