Sorry, but it was a bit boring to listen... felt like there was always repetitive speeches... I appreciate the effort given, but 10% of the course looked enough to get the idea. Again, thanks for the effort given...

Chris is an amazing mentor... The tips in all his courses are always practical and based on his actual personal experience which is fast... The short video clips for each sub topic is a feature I admire.... A course which is a value for money deal that you will not regret for the investment made on it

I am working on delivering information that is current and immediately applicable. I was able to change a frustrating situation by 1- understanding "What" to delegate? ; 2 - learning "How" to delegate; and 3- managing the delegation process. I appreciate Chris' direct and concise approach to delivering information and the resources are really useful. Thank you.

The main motivation pitched is all about getting promoted and having more money. While those are important reasons, I feel like this under-emphasized other important reasons for delegating effectively. The benefits on others, team building, personal fulfillment, more time, and so forth were mentioned later in passing or implicitly, if at all. This course seems hacked together. Maybe it's only gone as far as it has because it lacks sufficient strength of competition. The practice documents provided seem promotional and yet they are encouraged for distribution on teams; then you have the follow-up videos with instructions on how to modify them and make them less branded for this lecture. Many videos about things hardly worth mentioning or easily mentioned in conjunction with other things. There are redeeming qualities about it, and I believe that Chris Haroun has relatively benign intentions and motivations. He clearly understands how delegating works and has enthusiasm to encourage others. In the end though they are just that: partially redeeming qualities, weighed down by shortcomings. A little work at cleaning it up would go a long way.

This course gives very good information on the process of delegating work. It shows that putting your trust in other co-worker employees can pay off in many ways. I think it's great to delegate work to others. As the instructor explains, it can lead to promotion or maybe in other words makes them feel more confident that they are learning something new to contribute to the employer. Plus, who else will be your back-up in time of need? No competition, just a win-win situation all the way around for employees on the team. Thank you.

Frankly, this is my very first course on Udemy. I idolized the way of explanation and the good command of the language. I have learned a bunch of useful techniques that i could implement when I get to work inside company, and most importantly, I can implement them with my colleagues inside my class to get things done pretty easier and quicker.

Good course, it provided some insights on the process of delegating to me. Although I would disagree that every professional career and the need to delegate is driven by the desire for more money and promotions. The course could also use more practical examples taken from the instructor experience.

As a freelancer, i don't have much to delegate, but the method is equally valid if i were working as a teacher, or as a engineering supervisor as before. The first 3 days for me were a total struggle, is hard to see on paper that i was not accomplishing what i wanted to do, because of my poor decisions in that short period of time, if i were to keep it that way, on the long run i was going to fail miserably. This learning takes me to the next level, i'm sure.

Most schools and workplaces don't emphasize and teach us this important skill. Thanks to this course, I've learned tactically what to delegate and how to do so with a mechanism for analyzing my process in order to continually optimize my life.
