UFT is primarily used for functional, regression and service testing. Using UFT, youcan automate user actions on a web or client based computer application and test the same actions for different users, different data set, on various Windows operating systems and/or different browsers. He covered the basics very well but he said that he would be explaining the coding in C for Loadrunner. I know that is a large subject but I thought I would get some feel for this language but didn't.

I was able to download, install and login to ALM Octane, but this course is completely different.
When I was finally able to find ALM and installed it, I was unable to login with the MicroFocus account. I contacted their support who instructed me to add two sites to the Internet Explorer Trusted Sites list, which I did, but was still unable to log in.
