Learn Angular 5 from Scratch (Udemy.com)

The course was pretty good, it teaches you the basics if you are a complete beginner, and also makes you understand how some of the core uses of angular, I will recommend it to everyone that wants start with angular, even in 2020 it is still pretty useful. The nesting portion was new very clear when the instructor referenced the "about" component's selector: 'app-about' when showing how to nest the "app-home" component in the app.component.html template.

It s a free course, extremely factual and to the point, so much to the point I miss the line sometimes. Needs to be seen multiple times to intake the actual knowledge. Good presentation and delivery, good presence and very punctual.

O curso é bom, mas para quem já tem um conhecimento prévio de angular, para não se perder em algumas explicações, para quem não busca somente conhecimento do curso e sim em outras fontes, ele vai dar uma base de como funciona na realidade e a explicação de alguns conceitos.

While the course was good but it left much to be desired, i could get started but a lot of assumptions were made and fundamentals were skipped. I very much preferred the in depth course by Maximilian Schwarzmüller on Angular 7.

Gary did a great job explaining the core concepts! The code was organized and easy to follow along. I come from using React and need to make a quick transition to Angular for work. This course helped me get up and running. My only suggestion is to add in some stuff on Http (CRUD operations), Observables, and Subscriptions. I can't any good resources on this! Smh. I wish you had a full Angular 6 course. If you're looking to learn Angular fundamentals and need to get coding quickly then this course is for you.

Previously, I thought Angular 5 was easy to learn. After reading various tutorials, I failed to step into the Angular world. After slowly following Gary Simon's tutorial for a week, then I understand what Angular is and feel more confident about going forward.

Awesome course! Awesome instructor! I'll be looking for more of his content! The pace was perfect, it covers the basics and a little advanced stuff in an easy to ingest way. This is a rock solid intro to Angular5!

This was definitely one of the best angular5 tutorial udemy has to offer. the instructor is highly experienced and knows what he is doing. added to that its free. i believe this course is a must for those who wants to learn angular.
