Really nice and helpful introduction with many starting points to increase my modeling skills in Blender and Unity. It makes a lot of sense to follow up the exercises like Billy mentioned. He is a very good and experienced instructor.Tipp and note: I'm using two monitors, one for Udemy vids and the other for Blender. (Some little changes had come with the Blender 2.8 release in terms of shortcuts and the user interface, but that is not a big thing...)

I loved this course. It took me from a novice to intermediate 3D modeler. The meat of the course is the terminology and common props section. I wish Billy added more content in Level Design and the Animation section and that's why I gave it a 4.5/5 but overall this is a class worth getting and it is a stepping stone into advanced 3D modeling topics.

Yes, this was very interactive and useful. every information and insights on how to navigate around the 3D view space are now much easier and fun to explore. This was an amazing class for me. The only issue am facing now is that the new version 2.8 has different layout and some of the options shown in the class are not applicable and sometimes lead to confusion, which is I think a good way to explore a bit more on our own and discover the options around the user interface and overall the best class so far.

Billy does a phenomenal job explaining away the intimidation I felt when I opened blender for the first time. I have been putting off 3D modeling for a couple years now because I was overwhelmed when I opened Blender for the first time after downloading it. Thanks to this course and Billy's approach I feel more confident and ready to delve into the world of 3D modeling with Blender! Fantastic course!

What i expected from the description. In my opinion, all the lectures have well described steps and easy to follow. Sometimes a bit too basic, but will still recommend this course to anyone getting into blender design :)

Would be great if lessons would be shown in blender 2.8 version, there are plenty of UI changes that could slow you down (i need to google where to find what because of that)

It's a good course. It would be nice to have documentation alongside the course to review some of the work instead of referring every now and again back to a video to view something you might have missed. The course felt bit rushed, especially when it came to modular rooftop. As mentioned, rigging and bones would be a nice addition, but I'm also in agreement that it's better suited for a whole other course.

Very enjoyable so far. I'm very surprised how quick I'm learning this stuff. The tool is becoming less intimidating after every lecture. And I love the quizzes - a very nice touch! I'm very happy, thank you.

Some different terms, like flymode is now walkmode, and a flymode have been added that behave a bit different. Key mapping for some stuff have also changed I noticed. Otherwise good introduction so far.

I always wanted to get started with 3D modelling. Other books and courses teach you what tools are available but not necessarily how to use them to create 3D models. This course did teach me what I needed. If I may suggest something, I actually would have preferred not to have the sections about animation and texturing at all in this course, maybe in a different course. However I am grateful to the author for getting me started with 3D modelling :-)

Great. Really carefully on explaining from basics to advanced material. Every new video makes sense when you look back previous videos.
